I recieved my live500BT headphones a few weeks ago. I decided to trust JBL since I have the charge 4 speaker and I love it. My phone isn't in the best shape, but I can leave my phone on the wireless charger and stay connected to my headphones through the entire house! If you're like me and don't care for earbuds, then these are for you. Much lighter, but with a better sound quality than other over the ear headphones I've used. Great for the gym. Works across all genres from podcasts, pop, country, punk, metal and electronic! Also in 3 weeks I haven't had to charge them, amazing battery life!

Recently bought a pair of these and they really have a nice sound for the money, the frame is good but can put a fair amount of pressure after a few hours of use. They are, indeed, pure bass experience, so best suited for that type of music, and if you want to listen to something that's not bass-dependent, you must play with the equalizer and cut the bass out completely. The biggest problem I'm having is the connectivity. I can't connect them to any of the PCs, laptops and MacBooks (Win10/Big Sur 11.2.3), but the mobile connection is great, and they sound great. Even the mic is good for the phone calls but due to its placement, it picks up everything around you.

was on a trip needed a pair of headphones cause I lost my AirPods and passed by Walmart and got these. These headphones are the way to go. Not overpriced and my favorite part is the battery life. Thing never died on me. I was on the trip for 3 days with the headphones barely charged them. Some days I didn’t charge it and it didn’t die until after a few days I got home . Charges super super fast, battery life super super long. Sound quality is great. Love the thing so much. Had a great time with it until I gave it to my sister after finding my AirPods and my brother bought it off her for 40$ smh could’ve made easy bank it’s whatever tho

Greetings, i purchased this via Trendyol from Aztek Teknoloji only two days before. I gotta say that, the product did not seem to be faulty by means of the product itself.(physically). Neither the cable nor the other pieces appeared broken. Stuff feels pretty solid when i put it on. Though, i feel quite disappointed sound quality wise whether i can't ensure the fact that the exact product i purchased is troublesome or it truly produces such sound. By my first time experience, i could easily tell that the bass does neither feel lively nor strong. It is kind of croaky. The clarity of the sound also does not seem that much satisfying. even though the bass felt somewhat alright, trebles and mid range sounded much worse. As these go over the eat they are great for cancelling out ambient noise, so you need to be careful when walking in busy city centres, otherwise they are great for train journeys. The 500BT I got always made cranking sounds whenever I rested the headphones on my neck (Mostly behind the muffs) so it was quite irritating. I don't understand why USB Type-A is still being used to charge the headphones. It's 2019, please update the next ones to Type-C. Features - Yeah being able to touch the surface of the left ear muff to activate the assistant is nice, but I often tapped that area by accident on more than one occasion, meaning that I could always hear my Google Assistant talking by itself when I don't want it to. It's quite annoying and I wish it would only work when the headphones are on my head or that they were less sensitive. Buttons - I don't like how all the buttons are on one side. I often forget which buttons are which and it takes time to learn. Even after a week of usage, I still struggle. The ambient button and bluetooth button should be placed on a different side. These headphones needa pouch since they cost a bit.

I tried everything that was recommended but nothing worked. Being very disappointed I took it for repair under the warranty where I was told they didn't fix these models as they were 'not worth fixing' so I was given a new one. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and the exact same happened! First the music suddenly sounds like it's coming from a tunnel, then the right earbud goes completely muted. The only good thing about this headphone is the decent audio quality. Other than that it's TOO small. It doesn't even use a standard 3mm audio jack. It uses a wire, like a cheap ear phone!! On top of this, after only 20 seconds this small headphone will begin to hurt your scalp. I am not even going to use this, I gave it to my little sister. I expected far more for a JBL product. Buyer before.
