So I've had these for more than a year and have a laundry list of issues:They will fall out of your ears guaranteed. They're just too heavy on the exterior portion and not at all discreet.You can't just use one headphone at a time, for example you can only use the left earbud if you already have the right one removed from the case, it means you can't just extend the life by wearing one then the other.THE NOISES ARE ANNOYING it makes a disconnect sound everytime it hits 50%-40%-30%-20%-10%-0 and it's so infuriating, literally only needs a short beep to confirm they're on, connected, paired, and battery less than 15% and disconnected, that's it. No cheap annoying guitar noises.Have to fiddle with them to charge in the case, and have to check up on them to make ... The passive noise-cancelling works quite well, so you can really enjoy the music even if there's something going on around you.They fit very well and stick well to your ears BUT because of their shape they easily fall out when changing clothes or when something comes close to your ear. They really aren't the smallest in-ear headphones on the market! Walking, running and even rope-skipping worked well and because of the passive noise-cancelling it was also a nice sound experience.Summing up, the JBL Tune 125TWS are decent in-ear headphones with a good sound quality but for an "Allrounder" I'd like to have a better connection with different devices and a better microphone. Also in appearance, the shape didn't really fit to a small ear, maybe they're more a man's kind of headphones!

I purchased a set of these in December, hoping to try out the wireless experience, and I regret doing so. There are a number of bad features in this product, the keystone of which is the built-in crossfade that automatically normalizes audio input, often to the detriment of any song you try to play. In addition, the Bluetooth connection is quite poor and often results in one or both earbuds disconnecting for just long enough to interrupt a song and slowly fade it back in. The connection is so poor that cellular signals seem to interfere with it as well, rendering it almost unusable outside as it minces the audio.There are some things about the design that are genuinely great, such as the case design, but the hardware and software faults render it of worse quality ... I was skeptical bidding on this after seeing mixed reviews about the product, but at least I paid around $25 for these as opposed to the $100 retail price. The only thing the box was missing was the user manual. Other than that, everything was where it was supposed to be. Here I am, one month in using these. This replacement earbud quickly and flawlessly paired with the existing ear bud. They both successfully connected to my phone. Together, they sound great and are comfortable in my ears. For instance, I just tried using them for a call-in meeting and made sure my phone was connected to them prior to joining the meeting. Yet when I am on the call, it is still using my phone's audio and not the headphones, and I tried connecting to the JBL Tune headphones and nothing happened. Compared to other wireless earphone options out there, this may not be the liveliest low end I’ve ever heard. However, this is fairly common for any true wireless earphone. In ear headphones rarely deliver solid soundstage, and the inherent compression in Bluetooth technology adds to this drawback. Still, there’s a good sense of depth here, and while the soundstage may feel unduly narrow, the dynamics still feel solid, with relatively low lows and high highs giving the 120TWS some room to breathedont waste money searching other headphones just purchase these
