What can I say about these ear buds? Well let's start off with amazing sound. The louder I raised the volume, the better they sounded. Great blend of bass and treble. The charging case hooks up to a c rated charger so I can change from phone to ear buds if I need to charge them. They sound so clear that it amazes me. Phone quality is great also. The mic picks up pretty much anything and I could hear the other party with no troubles. They are sleek and fit well in my ears without having to worry about them falling out. Top notch!

A great feature if you’re using the stand to watch a video while charging. Another advantage the Infinity Lab product has over many competitors is the ports on back. There is a USB-C and a USB-A port (separate from the 3.5 mm charger connectors port!) on the back. The USB-C supports up to 33w PD charging which is great for charging a tablet or fast charging a compatible phone. I can then use my watch charging cable to plug into the USB-A port. The Wireless portion supports up to 15w Qi charging, which I believe is the current max standard for wireless. The stand looks attractive on my desk with a matte soft touch dark grey finish and a flash of neon yellow/green on the right side for branding. The charging cord is long enough to reach from a desktop to a floor plug, which I appreciate! In the future, I’d like to see Infinity Lab add support for Mag-Safe to really lock the iPhone onto the stand, and possibly a combo stand with a second wireless mount for earbuds, a watch, or whatever else you have. Great charger and would highly recommend!

Fine sound; Google Nest/Home links a little spotty

The JBLs were to add a little more sound quality. That quality is great, especially for the price of each, but so far (two months of the Link Portable, couple of weeks with the Link), it's a rare thing that they both work together or together as part of a larger speaker group, or at least do so without delays and false starts. Right now things still seem a little spotty, but I need to keep testing and playing.

Light-weight, comfortable, great sound
17 November 2020

I got these earphones to listen to the radio and spotify whilst at work in the office, as I'd got fed up of dragging earphone cables across my desk whilst working. They were easy to setup with my phone and I was up and running within 30 seconds. They're lightweight and very comfortable over long periods of time (I usually spend most of the day with earphones in - easily 6 or 7 hours) and I love the fact that you can listen with just one earphone in without losing any sound quality (especially useful with older 'mono' tracks). I usually only use one earphone at a time as I like to part of the conversations in the office, but whilst I'm using one, the other one is on charge in the case. I usually only use one earphone at a time as I like to part of the conversations in the office, but whilst I'm using one, the other one is on charge in the case. The charge in each one lasts a good 5 hours, meaning I only swap from left to right ear once a day which is great. The initial sound I thought lacked a bit of bass, but that's just my personal preference and with a bit of tinkering with my phones equaliser, I soon got the sound I liked. The fit of the earphones is brilliant - no matter how much I move, they dont fall out. I've not tried running with them but certainly whilst walking around, you're not going to have one of these fall out.The case is lightweight, has a nice matt black finish, is very compact (fits easily into your pocket) and the earphones fit in smoothly with a lovely 'magnetic' click to stop them falling out. It also has lights inside the case to indicate whether they are charging or are fully charged. Charging is done via a USB-type C cable, which happens to be the same as my Huawei Honor phone, and a cable is included in the box, although its not the longest cable at around 20cm.The sound quality when using these on a phone call is brilliant, even with a small microphone next to your ear. The sound never dropped out once and I was amazed at the quality. At around £90, they might not be the cheapest bluetooth earphones or have the best sound quality initially, but overall I think they're excellent value for money both in terms of build quality and sound (after a bit of tinkering). A definite recommend!

Poor design and below average sound for the price
10 February 2023

I chose these because earbuds with silicone tips don't work for me. For the price, they should be pretty good, but they’re not. The case and the stalks of the earpieces are quite large considering the battery life. The matte finish on the earpieces and the strength of the magnets makes them hard to get out of the case if your fingertips are dry, and because the stalks are quite long and need to be angled forward, the sound of them rubbing on my sideburn stubble echoes through the earpiece. The instructions say they must be angled forward for the microphones to work well and for the earpieces to direct their output efficiently into your ear canals. The instructions say they must be angled forward for the microphones to work well and for the earpieces to direct their output efficiently into your ear canals. I was never able to find the sweet spot. I often couldn't be heard on calls, and the best position for sound output for me meant that the sharp edges of the speaker openings dug into my ears and were uncomfortable. They didn't stay there either. They tended to rotate back to where the stalks were pointing straight down and were a bit loose in my ears. Not a problem I’ve had with other earpieces of this type. The part of the earpieces that go into your ears has a softer, rubbery section around the speaker opening and across the side facing into your ears. This is also a problem as others have found. I assume it's to make it grip better, but that doesn't work for me as my skin is a little oily and grips better on shiny plastic like. The rubbery section also quickly began to peel away from the body. Also, as others have said, these earbuds seem to actually amplify the ambient noise around me making it harder to hear what you're listening to, so I needed to run them at a higher volume than others I've used in the past to counter that, which is not good for my hearing. The sound quality was also disappointing at this price point. And finally, after a few months, the right earpiece stopped connecting to my phone regardless of what I did. So, I returned them. There are far better options for less money.

Some great features, plus a few annoyances
9 September 2020

There are some things that I really like about these, and some that I wish were a little different.First, the pluses:1- They stay in my ears better than expected. They stayed in through a day of normal weekend housework, a walk, and even a run on a treadmill. They’re not a tight fit, but the design lets them stay put without much adjusting.2- The sound quality is good, and you can also hear other sounds around you really easily. This is especially helpful if you need to hear ambient noises and/or need to be able to easily hear when someone else is talking to you.3- Setup and the controls are really intuitive. I’m sure I’ll read through the user’s manual a little later to learn the more nuanced details, but I was able to connect and get started with these ... MoreThere are some things that I really like about these, and some that I wish were a little different.First, the pluses:1- They stay in my ears better than expected. I’m sure I’ll read through the user’s manual a little later to learn the more nuanced details, but I was able to connect and get started with these immediately as well as to find the on-earbud controls easily.4- You can use just one earbud at a time if you don’t want to wear both at the same time. This can be really useful, though it’s not a feature that I use often.5- The case is small, easy to slip into a pocket, and has a nice aesthetic to the shape.Next, the things I didn’t love:1- These earbuds can get a little uncomfortable after a while, especially if you have smaller ears. To be fair, I have that problem with almost every set of earbuds I have, so that’s probably as much about my ears as it is about the earbuds. However, a set of silicone covers (the same ones that you can buy online to fit over a prevalent similar shaped earbud that comes with a major phone brand fit these too) can help improve comfort really quickly. They seem to get more comfortable over time, so I also suspect that my ears will adjust.2- I really wish that I had the option to block more sound with these, especially when in the gym. I’ve been appreciating the active noise cancelling option on another set of earbuds, and I wish these would also have an option for blocking surrounding noises. That’s not actually possible with the shape of these… but a good set of silicone covers that includes a silicone tip that fits into your ear canal does wonders for helping block other noises and improving sound quality.3- The charger is not a standard micro-usb or lighting cable, so I can’t just plus these into one of the chargers that I’m already using on a regular basis for other devices. This won’t matter for most people since the charger you need ships with the earbuds, but was a minor annoyance.Overall, these probably won’t be my favorite go-to set of earbuds that I tend to reach for first, but they’re a nice set that I will use often, especially since I find myself rotating through different sets with different earbud shapes fairly often now that I’m spending so much time on conference calls while working from home.

I personally seemed to lean toward the jazz preset with the lush bass but that was just my preference. The overall sound stage was definitely sweet. I listened to Taylor Swift, Lil Baby, Pantera, Herbie Hancock plus a whole lot more. This is an area Im glad the app has EQ settings for not just myself but everyone to have a chance to dial in their sound preferences. The horns and guitars are crisp, and the bass sounds deep. Vocals sound clean and pure and nothing seemed to really drown out or overpower another area of sound. I took a phone call to test the quality and the caller said they could not tell I was using anything different. The specs boast voice clarity with 3mics technology and from what I could tell they seemed to deliver.Overall, Im glad to own these and thankful once again JBL got the whole dual connect part absolutely seamless. If I just want one side in my ear, it simply lets me do that without a finicky connection hassle Thanks for keeping this process simple JBLA few more notes about the JBL Live Pro TWS Case uses USBC to charge or wireless charging IPX4 water resistance Comes with several ear tip sizes to fully customize the fit Will work with google assistant and alexa Battery boasts 6hrs18hrscase charging with noise cancelling on and 17hrs21hrs with noise canceling off.

Very Cheap, Stopped Pairing Reliably After 1 Month
29 April 2024

Starting out -- first 2 weeks -- they were pretty good with generally OK audio quality; after those 2 weeks the rubber on the earbuds started to come out and led to a really sharp edge that constantly scratched my ear every time I would put them in, which was actively painful.Had them for 1 month now and they have basically stopped pairing with my iPhone altogether. I've gotten them to work probably once out of 15 tries but it's always something convoluted like making it forget the device then something else.Would not recommend at all, wouldn't be worth $15 and for sure not $100

Very Poor Design and Not Recommended.
28 December 2022

I purchased the Tune 225TWS. The Pros: They have great sound and long battery life. The Cons: #1 If you don't charge them on a regular basis the batteries will go dead. I always seem to find this out when I'm getting ready to board a flight and the batteries are completely dead. This has been a problem since new so I know it's not battery itself and simply a design flaw. #2 I guess I have larger than normal ear canals and these headphones will not stay in place nor will they seat deep enough to give you the rich/full bass sound. They don't come with any ear tips and always fall out and that's just from sitting, you don't dare do any physical activities since they will drop out of your ear every time! Based on my experience I would not recommend this product.
