Okay the durability of these headphones are INSANE. My boyfriend (6’3 260lbs) STEPPED ON THESE (by accident)! The one part fell off and I thought they were done. NOPE. Put it right back on and it was fixed. Sound quality stayed the same as it was before which is amazing for the price. I was thinking okay maybe him stepping on them would cause problems later on and nope. Just like how they were when I bought them. I’m truly amazed they survived that. They are so comfortable as well since they have the foam pads. Battery life lasts so long as well. I charge them once a month I swear. If you’re looking for a good set of headphones these are what you’re looking for.

The JBL Live headphones are a top-notch choice for music enthusiasts. They deliver exceptional sound quality, with rich bass and crystal-clear audio. The headphones are wireless and provide a seamless connection, ensuring a hassle-free listening experience. The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours on a single charge. The design is sleek and comfortable, with adjustable headbands and cushioned ear cups for extended wear. Additionally, these headphones come with handy features like voice assistants and touch controls for easy operation.

I actually have the 510bt but anyways these headphones are pretty good. I got them on amazon for around $25. I would say that the sound quality is pretty good 𝗕𝗨𝗧 the reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because I want people to know it’s 𝐍𝐎𝐓 soundproof so I would recommend to not put the volume up all the way because people will be able to hear it. The headphones are pretty comfy but they do feel a bit tight for the first few wears but after that you should be fine! The battery lasts for a good couple days so if you were to have a long flight it would last!! These connect by Bluetooth and are very good! (If anyone is doing follow for follow let’s help each other out!!)

UGH I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THESE HEADPHONES. I love them. Many people use airpods or beats and sleep on the JBL headphones. I love that I can store them anywhere and its so easy to fit them in small places. Its way more difficult to lose them and thats A PLUS. The sound within the headphones exceeds my expectations. I did not expect then to go as loud as they do but I LOVE IT. They are really good at blocking out outside noises, like people talking. I have a hard time focusing and sometimes I just throw them on to block out noise without putting on music. The battery life on these in my opinion is the only downfall, it seems like you have to charge them every 2 uses, which is not a bad thing butttt would like something with longer usage. Connecting to them is so simple because after connecting the first time you can rename them!!

Honest I have the latest version of the Beats and these are way better in my personal opinion I now have the Bose, these JBLs and the newest Beats and they all are great I would say JBL are best all around best with actual noice cancelation, with sound quality, loudest and clearest, and than Bose and than actually the Beats woukd come in last place.. although the Beats do come nicely packaged I do like the case I fold them up and put them back into when done using but the JBLs are indeed the best for enjoying my music listening OR for noise cancelation so I can read and focus. Also wonderfully priced. I have the latest version of all 3 and hands down the JBLs are the best, the Bose are a bit bulky so maybe I'd put them in a tie with the Beats... hard choice but I ... MoreHonest I have the latest version of the Beats and these are way better in my personal opinion I now have the Bose, these JBLs and the newest Beats and they all are great I would say JBL are best all around best with actual noice cancelation, with sound quality, loudest and clearest, and than Bose and than actually the Beats woukd come in last place.. although the Beats do come nicely packaged I do like the case I fold them up and put them back into when done using but the JBLs are indeed the best for enjoying my music listening OR for noise cancelation so I can read and focus. We just kind of like to try everything out to get the latest and greatest so my fiance but us both a pair of each when each came out w their newest and this is my over all opinion. JBL is #1.

An absolute steal if you can get these on sale
14 December 2021

Got these on sale for about 40 bucks. REALLY nice and luxurious build quality and good sound (with additional tweaking through the app if desired). Sound is slightly bass heavy and punchy. Treble has no crackle or tinnyness even at higher volumes. Mid tones are balanced, if sometimes lacking a little bit of brightness. I mainly use these for listening to music (jazz, k-pop, and RnB) at home, but they're good enough for gaming as well, since the surround experience is decent and the mic is good. The headphones can connect to two devices at once-- I love how I can watch a video on my PC while still getting notification sounds from my phone. The assistant functionality is pretty good (I use Google assistant) but I don't use it THAT often. The headphones are very cushy ... MoreGot these on sale for about 40 bucks. The headphones can connect to two devices at once-- I love how I can watch a video on my PC while still getting notification sounds from my phone. The assistant functionality is pretty good (I use Google assistant) but I don't use it THAT often. The headphones are very cushy and comfortable, but they're a little bit heavy so if I wear them for 3-4+ hours on end, the headband starts pressing into my skull. I have a small head so they're really comfy, but I did read that they can be tight for people with average or large heads. The cups aren't super breathable so you might run a bit hot if you're in a humid environment. The media control buttons are pretty small so they were hard to get used to and press correctly, but now I never accidentally press a wrong one. The battery lasts abouta week or more for me, using the headphones for about 4-5 hours at mid volume a day. The microphone quality is good, both on the inline mic on the cable and also the ones on the headphones themselves. They do pick up static-y noises (so something like an overhead fan or wind) so have that in mind. Discord's Krisp noise supression mitigates that though, so it's not a problem for me. The media control buttons work flawlessly on windows, which was a bit of a surpise for me. They will recognize and pause/play pretty much any media website and software I have tried. The TalkThru and Ambient listening modes work fine, but I barely use them so I can't really speak on them. Ambient mode picks up A LOT of shrill noises easily though, so you will not have a fun time if you use them in an area with traffic. I think TalkThru works better in nearly every scenario even though it's meant for picking up voices only. The only cons for me are that the headphones don't come with a case or even a cloth bag, and that the assistant touch surface is a mite too sensitive (it's really easy to accidentally activate while adjusting the left earcup). That's about it though. I'm really satisfied with this purchase overall and I think they're a STEAL at the sale price I got them for. For the original retail price of 150, I think you can find similar options for a lower price, so I wouldn't have bought them if it wasn't for the sale.

Good value

I bought a pair at the end of 2019 I believe, and I've been pretty happy with the product, although there are some shortcomings that I think should be noted.First, they aren't super comfortable. They're kind of heavy, the clamping pressure is a little high, the headband doesn't have much padding, and the faux leather earcups are not very breathable. This results in my ears getting sweaty if I'm using them for extended periods of time, and they give me a mild headache if I wear them too long due to the clamping pressure, and this is enhanced by the fact that I wear glasses. The long-term comfort is the biggest issue I have with these. Also, the earpads wore out within like a year of having them and started coming apart, I think due to body oils. The long-term comfort is the biggest issue I have with these. Also, the earpads wore out within like a year of having them and started coming apart, I think due to body oils. That's not very good, I hate using them now, but I'll touch on that later. As far as the user experience, really great. They pair and unpair very easily, the passthrough options are great. The controls could be better - I'd rather have the part that's used for Google assistant to be used for play/pause or volume or passthrough. I don't use Google Assistant very much, I would at least like the option to reprogram it. That may not be feasible at this price point, but still something that would be much appreciated.I do love the design of these headphones, they look great. And they sound pretty good with decent sound isolation. I'm not an audiophile, I'm sure there are better sounding headphones, and I know there are more comfortable headphones. But as far as I know, there aren't any other headphones at this price point like that.Final point is support and user-serviceability. User-serviceability could be better, which is something frankly every consumer electronics company can improve on. Like I mentioned, my earpads wore out and started falling apart after a year or so. I wanted to replace them, but I can't find replacement earpads on JBL's official website, which kind of sucks. That almost got me to go to a third-party to buy replacement earpads, because I don't want to buy a new pair of headphones. Mine still work fine. But I decided instead to reach out to customer support to see if they would get me just the earpads. I figured it was a long shot, but I'd at least try. And to my surprise, JBL actually let me purchase replacement earpads through their customer support team, which is actually really cool. Most people probably wouldn't want to fix it themselves, but I'm glad I do have the option. The option should be more accessible, but at least the option is there. And the customer support members that helped me were very helpful and understanding, I had no issues with them.Overall, I think for causal headphone users such as myself these are great for listening to music in between classes or watching TV or movies on my phone. They aren't the most comfortable for long cramming sessions if you're a student, and I wouldn't binge-watch an entire season of a show wearing them. But they look good, sound good, are easy to use, and JBL's customer service is pretty good. I think at this price point, these are a good value.

JBL blue tooth head phones!
29 October 2023

I'm very happy with the deal I got regarding these blue tooth head phones! Really good deal respecting the savings I got and the sale price I paid for them! They work very well! Onlybone glitch with the sound cutting out now and again and static, which may in fact be due to my tablet/phone item and not the headphones! As I have damaged my tablet a few times and its needing replacement and is the reason I had to finally choose to buy blue tooth headphones! As I can no longer use plug in cord type headphones! In short it is 1 of my best purchases of this 2023 yr which has put me in a pretty good mood over all respecting this past yr! :)

But because of he bad location of the port you can't listen and charge at the same time. There is no information on how long a charge lasts. Can't hook it to my laptop to see how much charge is left.Because the whole thing is black I found it difficult to locate the on/off button. I'd put a dot of nail polish on it but I'd be afraid it might invalidate my warranty if there is such a thing. JBL doesn't register products in Canada. Wonder of Best Buy covers it?
