Kids can sing over the song to do karaoke, perform their 'theater' at home, feel like they are rock stars etc. I also take it to school, with my JBL party box, and use it for parent nights, camps, information evenings and other public speaking functions. So easy to transport and connect. Very impressed.

Ordered from Melbourne, Australia and item shipped within couple of days and was able to track all the way to my door step, which got delivered in time as expected. Item was priced at a very competitive price and PBTech charged just $5.00 for shipping from Auckland to Melbourne, which was great as well. Very satisfied with the product. Have used it for more than a month now and still very happy about it. Very portable and easy to operate. Just plugin the receiver to the mixer like a jack of a wired mic and Voila! works like a charm. I actually used them together with a wired SM58 Shure mic and I couldn't tell the difference. Cons: Just don't forget to charge the receiver before the party to avoid disappointment.

The microphones arrived really well packaged and surprisingly super fast all the way across the pond. The quality of the microphones are outstanding and do not crackle or produce white noise like cheap alternatives. Purchased to work with a JBL Partybox 310 but I had to contact JBL as I was surprised to find the receiver did not fit very well on the back of the Partybox. I had the following reply from JBL Harman "Sadly, when using the wireless microphone this will cover some portion of the input/output board, however can be adjusted to the use case scenario when needed wether you need access to the 12v DC input, or you need access to the Daisy Chain output. Whilst the instrument/Microphone 2 controls will be covered regardless, we recommend you remove the dongle ... MoreThe microphones arrived really well packaged and surprisingly super fast all the way across the pond. Overall the receiver is not perfect in design but JBL have assured me they have taken my feedback onboard so I am sure this is something they will look into rectifying in the future. They've been able to give me work arounds, and even though this isn't ideal, it not much trouble to go through as what matters for me is the quality of the microphones and they do not disappoint. Great quality and value for money, highly recommended over any cheap alternatives!
This microphone set is worth the extra cost over the no-name brands! Bought this for Christmas family karaoke night. The microphones connected to the receiver with no fuss and provided clear sound without static. The product is also well-designed: for example, the receiver has a built-in battery which recharges using USB-C. B&H also went above and beyond with a Christmas miracle to get it delivered in time.
I have used these twice since receiving them--once at the office and once at a wedding. They did great in both circumstances. For the wedding, I combined these with a JBL EON Pro and EON compact to do a COMPLETELY wireless wedding, including the PA! So everything was battery powered and running in a meadow for the ceremony. It was great! No interference, and the mics were used between 30-45 feet from the plug in receiver in the PA.
Warning! this mic doesn't fit to JBL soundbar. It misleads me to buy but not allow to return only because package is open. Redicuous return policy. Don't trust this product description 'Just plug the wireless dual-channel receiver into your speaker, turn on the mics, and you’re ready to shine'. You also can't find mic specification in sound bar manual either. Bad experience with their support. Only pasted the return policy and no reply any more. So rude
I'm giving this one star for now because of a design flaw. I bought this to use on my Partybox GO, to add a further 2 mics to the existing 2 mics that come with it. The GO has a mic 6.5mm input which sits in an indentation on the top. What this means is that the receiver for the mic set is unable to be inserted completely. I'll have to look for a 6.5mm male to female cable just to fit it in. Not sure if the mics will work.
The microphone setup was easy to use. The sound quality was spectacular. Two pros performed music sets in an outdoor music venue. It was perfect. When the receiver lost it's charge last evening there wasn't much of a warning. The light on the receiver turns red and shuts off. All cables on hand did not work. I found the one that came with the microphones and it is charging right now on my computer. The charge time is a few hours. I am extreme happy this inexpensive microphone set performs so well.
I'm also having terrible problems with static, to an unacceptable level for karaoke use. There are times that are static free, and in those times, these are very capable microphones and sound great. They have enough heft to them that they feel professional and not plastic like some other wireless mics I've used. However, static will swoop in intermittently and without remedy. Seems to be affected by sliding hand up and down on the mic, but can't find a solution. There are also times when sound seems to click in and out. It's too bad I expected better.
