Jennifer Aniston Protein + Collagen Bars Cold Brew Coffee - 12 Bars

I am a coffee lover so I had to try these. I didn’t think I would like these as most coffee products are bitter or lack the taste of coffee. However, these bars have great taste. Rich cold brew coffee with a hint of cream = no bitterness. Perfect size for on-the-go or work snack. And let’s mention having less than 1g of sugar! Perfect for my mom who is diabetic.

AWESOME!

This is hands down one of the BEST protein bars I have ever had. The coffee flavor is great and it keeps me from craving sweets. Not able to really eat sugary foods, drinks right now and this does the trick!!! About order more. Not too big or small either. Perfect size for snack to kill my sweet tooth cravings. Cost a bit much. I know Costco sells their collagen powder in a huge size and cost a tad more. That's a savings. I hope they do the same with these bars.

Does not taste good

Does not taste good. Doesn’t necessarily taste bad but definitely does not taste good. Mediocre at best. Saw someone mention waxy in their review and I’d have to agree. There is something waxy about the bars. Doesn’t taste bad enough that I’ll be throwing the rest out but def will not purchase again and would not encourage others to purchase.

First off I got this on sale and always enjoyed their high quality ingredients in all their products. I was initially worried about the amount of caffeine (none btw) and how it would taste but after the first bite I knew I didn't waste my money! Great for on-the-go mornings and any exercise pre and post. Again, there is actually no caffeine since they use decaf coffee...I believe. Please check for yourself first though.

Great but not a morning bar

I actually don’t know if I like this but I didn’t want to give this less than 4 stars because there is absolutely no gross protein bar taste. In fact it’s a great chocolate bar. The problem is that it’s so sweet and such a good chocolate bar dupe that at 8am I felt I had to choke it down because of the sweetness. If you are someone that’s a nighttime snack eater or whose way under calories and needs to up them late in the day I think this is amazing. But for a morning start up bar I thought it missed the mark.

I was influenced ~ Lord help me!

Yep, I was influenced by Jennifer Aniston. When she took a bite of the bar and said how good it tasted, I was sold. I was so excited to try these but YIKES! I am sadly disappointed. They are very small, not filling and 170 calories for cardboard. I should have just eaten cardboard. No hate towards Jennifer Aniston though~ BIG love for her just not her tastebuds. 3 stars because I know she put a lot of energy and time into these and I’m sure she’s super proud. I will finish the spendy box though. I’m sorry JA ~ I had to be honest. I’m sure lots of people will love these.

Nasty--tastes like a waxy coffee bean

As the bar first entered my mouth, my first thought was “wouldn’t buy again.” For such a high fat content, I was expecting some flavor but it seems like it was all wasted on the coating which is VERY waxy. The flavor of the actual bar itself is like a literal coffee bean, not cold brew- or coffee-flavored/infused as one would expect. I typically like this brand and love their inclusion of collagen in most of their products, but this one was a MISS for me.

So Good

I ordered all 3 flavors of the Jennifer Aniston bars. The coconut is our favorite. I'm surprised by the other reviews that say there is no coconut flavor. We find it very flavorful and has little bits of crunch to it. The coffee flavor is good. There isn't a strong coffee flavor but it's good tasting & has good consistency. The peanut butter is our least favorite - tastes like old school blah protein bars. I already re-ordered the coconut & coffee.

They’re good

The title of my review says it. They’re good. Not but not amazing. In my opinion they taste a lot like a really sweet espresso martini which isn’t the worst thing but if i’m not drinking, no thank you. The texture is yummy. Like the chocolate melts and the crunchies give crunch. It’s the flavor that was weird to me but to be honest that’s expected in any bar. This is a FLAVOR meant to imitate so it does that. I think they’re close to having something delish, just tastes like alcohol or something funky to me in addition. 7/10

Wow

This was a complete surprise. I was expecting the usual dry and awful tasting typical of the majority of keto or high protein bars on the market. The barely-there sweetness, perfect balance of crunch and moisture and the delicious taste of coffee with every bite completely blew me away. Can't wait to order more.
