Well, yeah! My kids think I'm crazy and maybe so, but... I saw this little scooter, laughed out loud watching Rachel ZOOM around the studio, while SHE was laughing out loud, heard the weight limit and HAD to have it! So, a couple days later, it was mine. Now, I'll tell you, I'm 86 but still pretty steady on my feet. I got this because I wanted it and I at my age I pretty much get what I want - I pay my own bills! Gotta LAUGH - life is short!! I got the scooter to be silly, ride it a couple times and then donate it to the toy drive at Christmas. $30 bucks? Nothing wrong with that, is there? - gotta stay young as long as I can! Enjoy life everyone - it is short lived. Peace and Love to all.

Broke so easily.

So I purchased this as a Christmas gift but for some reason I decided to open it right away and my small 6 year son was so happy to have a scooter with cool LED lights. Thats until he got on with one ride the break in the back pops right off, he feel and scrapped his hand. So many tears and even with a helmet and knee pads he still fell off the scooter directly onto his hands and scrapped them on the ground. This scooter is not a razor so I should of expected it to have malfunction but I was too excited to see my son so happy and ready to ride it. We came upstairs and got a first aid kit for him and then I tried for so long to close this scooter it was insane. I just gave up! Im happy I did not wait till Christmas. Just get a razor scooter its more safer. Note: My son is much better and he wanted to give the scooter another try but without a break in the back its not happening.

I bought this for my daughter for x-mas. The fist hour of playing the brake snapped off. It's a curved piece of plastic with a spring underneath that hovers over the back wheel. I attempted to glue it back on lol it didn't work. After a quick internet search, I found out you can't buy a replacement and it actually happens a lot according to Amazon reviews. No matter that, my daughter loves it and just hovers her foot over the back wheel to slow down.New problem.....the front wheel and handlebar go in opposite direction and need to be constantly tighten.

Fun scooter
10 December 2022

My son (25yr old) said he wanted a scooter to take from his apartment to his car. As a joke I got him and his wife these. They LOVE them. They ride them in the apartment ( luckily on the ground floor) and just as he said ….to the garage and back. What he asked for was some electric scooter but I think they love these so much more. The lights are a lot of fun. It was easy to assemble and has a large enough foot base for adult feet. The foot base is plastic which the kids said was great because the old metal ones would crack their ankles

Lights Do Not Work
5 December 2022

I purchased 2 (Pink&Navy) lights did not work on either. We tried 2 different brands of New batteries,no luck.Only the wheel lights worked and they were weak.I am returning them and I’m sad about that. They were a perfect gift idea for my grandkids! This shipment to Q from the manufacturer must be defective cause I see multiple reviews with the same issue most recently. So glad I checked them before giving to the kids at Christmas. Don’t buy these scooters guys, something is wrong.

Lights dont work...trending issue!

We bought this scooter as a gift to our 5 year old daughter who had been wanting a light up scooter. We couldn’t pass up the good price of this scooter, but I guess you get what you pay for. After unboxing and assembling, the lights did not work. The wheels will occasionally flash if she goes fast but the remaining lights on the base and neck of the scooter do nothing. We tried multiple types of batteries after reading other reviews. I even checked the connection, which was secure. These lights and wiring are not great quality. Unfortunately our daughter is too excited about having the scooter and target is out of this scooter in the same color so we can’t try to swap it out secretly while she’s at school. We cannot recommend anyone buy this product, especially if it is for a special occasion.

Lights require Energizer batteries to work
5 March 2023

l experienced the lights not working as well after placing in fresh batteries. (the wheel lights worked fine as they run on their own) I messaged the online support and found out quickly that Duracells are not powerful enough for the lights feature and to switch them out for Energizer. I picked up some Energizer Max batteries, popped them in, and the lights turned on! Can’t comment on how well the scooter rides yet as my 5 year old just upgraded from a 3-wheel and needs some practice, but wanted to share my experience with the lights in hopes this info can be helpful.

No Lights
21 November 2022

I bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter, mainly because of the lights. The lights barely work on the wheels. I don't think it got put together wrong. I took one little part off and removed the black small piece where the wires connect. It's firmly connected. I'm not happy about this purchase. However my granddaughter likes it so I will keep it even if it seems defective. I usually have positive reviews but not this time.

The lights are the coolest feature on this kick scooter, however we also suffered the same fate as the other many reviews before, the lights in fact, did not work. I contacted Jetsons help desk in case there was trouble shooting and they just advised I switch batteries… which did nothing since the batteries I had in were brand new already. (Do yourself a favor and do not try and get help from their company) We did return. However, the scooter I will say had well gripped wheels and a sturdy body so I felt my daughter was safer on this than the Ignight brand (also returned) I switched to to try once I realized the lights were broken. I think safety trumps the light function but it still got returned because the item should work. Within an hour it broke

I didn’t even have time to register this before it broke! I assembled it at 6am, tried to register it only to find you had to wait for the virtual chat to be live later that day. Weird, but ok. My very lightweight daughter, 7 years old and 45lbs, took it outside to practice riding on our grass. She tipped over and a piece covering the wires fell off. I contacted customer service to see if I needed to return it to where I bought it, or if I had to contact them. They stated that “even though scooter sustained physical damage, which isn’t covered under their warranty, they would, as a one time courtesy, send us another one”…??!! She fell on grass, not at a skate park! I questioned why their product couldn’t withstand a child falling on grass, never mind pavement, but ... MoreI didn’t even have time to register this before it broke! Not her fault in any way, just frustrated the company acted like we had beat on the thing for weeks not rode it on grass for less than an hour.
