Rug is a very pretty color. Quality is a little less than expected. One seam of the rug shows the white stitching. Fortunately that side of the rug is unable to be seen in my home. I originally gave this rug 4 stars. I am writing this after 1 month after use. The rug is buckling and it has definitely lost alot of its luster. Waiting on a response from the manufacturer. Hopefully this will be resolved soon before someone trips over the rug. Very disappointed with this purchase. Very low quality rug and not worth the price.

Color is pretty accurate to picture. The quality is ok. The quality is not great. It will serve its purpose for time being. It’s definitely not worth the original asking price. I’m keeping at this point due to the horrible return policy of Wayfair. To add insult to this purchase the price was reduced by $70 dollars before it was even shipped. Wayfair refused to honor that. I’ve purchased several things over the years and have been happy. The last couple of years not so much. Mostly service issues. I can say I’m done. Will not be purchasing from Wayfair any longer

When I read the reviews, I was expecting something good in these rugs. I'm delighted. It's beyond what I expected. Plus, the visible effect of the shading makes it seem even more luxurious. I've seen it referred to also as teal. No, it's a deeper version. However, I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase as a good value.

Surprisingly good quality for the cost. Quality materials. Quality manufacturing. No smell. Essentially no shedding occurring, after an initial unrolling & vacuuming. It's not that thick/heavy, so the edges/corners aren't likely to flatten 100% by themselves. But we always assume this and use carpet tape to secure the edges.Definitely a great purchase. 2 thumbs up!
Great experience, easy to order. Was delivered when they said it would be, looked just like the image online. I would highly recommend buying a good rug pad to go underneath, and (depending on the type of rug) those little stickers that keep the rug in place if your rug will be on hardwood or laminate. Happy shopping!
This rug is high quality and looks great in my den. I got the performance rug pad which makes it very sift to walk on. Rugs.com had the best customer service of any company that I have done business with. My rug arrived in two days and I called customer service with a question and a person actually answered the phone and followed up with me!!
Love my 2 x 8 Jill Zarin Shaggy Chic Runner Rug TEAL. It is by my entry way and the teal coordinates with the Hawaii waterfall etching on the wall in the foyer. People take their shoes off at the front door and when they step on the carpet their eyes light up with the feel of the beautiful carpet. I loved the website's ability to upload a photo of the room and insert carpets to see how they would look. So helpful. Highly Recommend!!
I looked at this rug for months. I kept waiting for someone to post a photo review so that I could see the color grapefruit. A couple of weeks ago the price came down on sale and I pulled the trigger. I was a nervous the color might be too pink or red. It's a more neutral pink clay terracotta tone that is exactly what I was looking for. ( my photos make it look more red than it is) It's soft. It has the striations that keeps it interesting.
I had ordered this rug brand a couple of weeks ago. I was delighted with the quality and look. So, I placed another order for the same brand. Just so impressed. Don't buy them all. I may comeback for more.
Very happy so far with purchase after 1 month. Shipping was quick and well done with no damage in transit. Rug has really brightened up our shower bath area with color. We put on top of a neutral gray original carpet, and this rug looks plush and feels very comfortable on bare feet. Measurements were on point, and I used the custom photo VR tool prior to purchase to size to our bathroom which is a rectangle shape. The VR tool provided a good estimate of how each color would look. The rug has a rich blend with color and light elements, and Pomegranate color works well with light brown cabinets and white sinks.
