Holy cow I am shocked! This website seems semi sketchy, so I was a little hesitant to place my order but I'm glad I did. The chances of finding a $50 shag rug that's soft and comfortable is rare, but this one fits the bill. It's plush, comfortable and has a great color. Not to mention it shipped the morning after I ordered it and was on my doorstep in a few days. Highly recommend

If you're on the fence with this site because the price seems too good to be true, have no fear! I was a little skeptical about this site because everything was half the price of other sites but I got my rug and it looks just like the photos. I'm very happy with my order and I'll definitely order here again if I need another rug. I'll add a photo when I get the chance.

Surprisingly good quality for the cost. Quality materials. Quality manufacturing. No smell. Essentially no shedding occurring, after an initial unrolling & vacuuming. It's not that thick/heavy, so the edges/corners aren't likely to flatten 100% by themselves. But we always assume this and use carpet tape to secure the edges.Definitely a great purchase. 2 thumbs up!

It came folded up and still working on getting it to lay flat quite a few weeks later. The rug itself I absolutely love, so soft and beautiful. It’s a lot lighter than I expected but still gorgeous!
I bought this a few weeks ago for my entry hallway, and it is SUCH a great runner. It's soft and cozy, and I like that its gray so I don't have to worry when I walk in with my boots or shoes on. My only note is that it really needs a rug pad to be laid under it. It really likes to slide all over my wood floors. But its great quality! Highly recommend!
I looked at this rug for months. I kept waiting for someone to post a photo review so that I could see the color grapefruit. A couple of weeks ago the price came down on sale and I pulled the trigger. I was a nervous the color might be too pink or red. It's a more neutral pink clay terracotta tone that is exactly what I was looking for. ( my photos make it look more red than it is) It's soft. It has the striations that keeps it interesting.
I'm thrilled with my second purchase of this Shaggy Chic-Smoke rug. After loving the one I got for my office last year, I recently ordered another for my family room. The color is spot on—a beautiful silvery gray that I'd been looking for for years. It's truly perfect. I gave it 5 stars because it's an exceptional rug considering the price. Although it's slightly thinner than pricier wool rugs (even with a rug pad underneath) if thickness isn't a priority for you, this rug is definitely worth it!
Very happy so far with purchase after 1 month. Shipping was quick and well done with no damage in transit. Rug has really brightened up our shower bath area with color. We put on top of a neutral gray original carpet, and this rug looks plush and feels very comfortable on bare feet. Measurements were on point, and I used the custom photo VR tool prior to purchase to size to our bathroom which is a rectangle shape. The VR tool provided a good estimate of how each color would look. The rug has a rich blend with color and light elements, and Pomegranate color works well with light brown cabinets and white sinks.
I purchased 2 runners & an 8x10 rug. It feels soft to the touch, but it is made extremely sparse. The rug is so thin that the backing is easily exposed when brushing your hand across the top or bending it back. The quality is lacking along with the loops. Cheaply made - will return ASAP.
It was 9.5x14, and I had to trim the 10x14 pad by 6 inches. Unfortunately that also reduced the usable space of the rug in the area I had anticipated.The quality is great, and I really like the rug as well as the other items from Jill Zarin.
