I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! Jimmy Choo Fever is my absolute favorite flanker of this line! This is one that blew me away on the initial first spray. Plum is a tricky note for me, but this one is done in the most incredible way possible making the opening ever so slightly fruity due to the plum, litchi, and grapefruit (more leaning on a cozy, creamy, fruity vibe). The dry down is where this really shines for me. While it is in the same family of Black Opium due to the middle notes being mostly florals, this one is much more smooth and creamy. It gets better as it sits on the skin, turning into a sultry vanilla with so much more depth to it. The base notes consist of tonka bean, vanilla, coffee, hazelnut.. turning into a smooth, whipped cream vanilla with hints of chocolate and coffee! the ... MoreJimmy Choo Fever is my absolute favorite flanker of this line! Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday on the recommendation of a friend. It smells lovely and my boyfriend loves it. He would normally wear a more expensive fragrance for nights out but I thought I would get him something lighter and less musky to wear to work. Just a little bit provides enough subtle fragrance for the day. I love that this one, unlike a lot of mens fragrances, doesnt have the musky smell that can smell a bit stale after a few hours, it smells fresh all day. Its not too overpowering so would certainly be appropriate for day time wear. When I ordered I expected the smaller bottle to also have the strap but didnt look at the picture very well. This perfume has definitely changed my perspective on perfumes and scents. The scent is extremely long lasting and strong but not obnoxiously strong, it is a kind of fruity floral scent and is really appealing to the nose. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, the box looks extremely pretty and glittery which is always good especially when you like to display your perfumes, the bottle is cute and easy to carry about and the nozzle is very good quality, it doesnt spray stray liquid when you press it down which makes application easy.
