On my 4th pair, unfortunately last chance with this model and guess the brand. Argos have kindly swapped hassle free under 30-day guarantee. Generally, nice fit, good sound, easy to use features with a sturdy build quality for money, and easy to pair with iPhone. BUT!!! the right ear bud always stops pairing and charging suddenly, all 4 times same issue, and tried all troubleshooting, nought recovery. I use them for running, sometimes up to 13 miles, spec does indicate IP55 protection and buds called "sport" so assume should not be an issue!? but wondering if the long runs and sweat may be causing the problem.? Shame, as all other features/price real value for money but guess to good to be true. Final note, a friend has a pair but only used for train journeys to and ... I bought these amd straight out of the box one earbud doesn't work - have tried all resetting and fix suggestions online and of course checked the sources settings and different sources. Ive read about these problems happening a lot with this model - real shame they’re not good quality or reliable.

I just receieved these earphones today and all i can say is that im seriously disappointed. I have been using JLab pro earphones for the last couple of years and they have been great so thought I'd give these a try as I really loved the pro set I had and wanted a spare pair of earphones. These new GO air sport ones have terrible sound even though I've tried adjusting the equalizer and still sounds awful. It doesn't help that they are very uncomfortable and barely sit in my ears and really hurt and yes I've tried the different sized ones that come with it. I seriously regret buying these and am just going to go back to my old Jlab pro set that are far superior ☹️ I would definitely not recommend these 😔

I bought these at the airport as my stepson had forgotten his AirPods and so I loaned him mine. I just picked the cheapest earbuds off the shelf. Had low expectations as they were only £29.00. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great sound. Clear treble and solid bass. I let my stepson keep thenairpods. I am happier with the Jlab go air sport.
Bought these in May 2023 and for 6 or 7 months they were brilliant - good sound quality for the price point, excellent battery life and an ingenious charging case. Then they broke - the left ear bud stopped charging I think. Customer service was, however, superb. Had to send a video of drowning the broken ones (!) but within 24 hours had a code for a free replacement. Here’s hoping the second pair fare better….
Bluetooth randomly cuts out in one or both ear buds for between 1 -5 seconds. I've checked all my other Bluetooth devices and they work fine. Have tried all the suggestions from JLAB and other forums, Bluetooth still drops out.
The quality of the product is so poor. Weird noise coming out when you're playing bass. You need to pay for the return even through says 2 year warranty! UK customers need to send to US ! Asked me.cut the product as immerse in the water to get a refund rather than checking the product. More electronic waste and missing the opportunity to check the product issues
I have had these for at least two years. I wear them gardening, doing house work, cleaning the car etc. they have on occasion fallen into a bucket of water but picked them straight out and dried them and they still work fine. See that the make them with an over ear for running etc. may get a pair so the don’t fall out do easily. The charge time is brilliant. Usually I charge them once a week. Far better than any ear buds I’ve had before.
I find annoying that different sides have different functions,Right side does volume up, play/pause and track forwardLeft does vol down, ok Google and track back.I also find annoying the on/off feature. Sometimes I just liked to take one pod or both without the case to use later on the day, or use just one side when cycling and get the other later but, they will switch off if not connected and the only way to switch them on is to get them back in the case and out again.The sound quality is fair and battery time as well.
3rd pair of these but worst ive come across, terrible wind noise on a normal day. unusable. call customer support, just listen to a recorded message, dreadful. no help.
