It may read a bit masculine to you at first but if your mind is open, this is easy to look past! There’s so many layers to this multi dimensional fragrance. Everything about this is ideal for those who prefer the finer things in life.

I love unisex warm yummy and fresh scents and this checks all the boxes for me. I am ultra ultra picky about scents I typically don’t wear scents from large companies because I feel like I don’t want to wear something everyone else has and also I think sometimes the ingredients and composition aren’t worth the money- made cheaply- but I really appreciate how jo malone makes all their scents fairly straight forward and simple and also gives you layering options. For this the sales person said to go with my nectarine to make it fresher and peony and blush to make it warmer. This actually does smell like salt to me. It smells like if there was a man’s deodorant with the yummiest clean warm expensive fragrance to it. I feel like it’s gonna be a great warm ... MoreI love unisex warm yummy and fresh scents and this checks all the boxes for me. So you can give your evening fragrances a rest and wear this. I am glad I decided to give it a try excited to pair it with the nectarine and honey

I have never been a huge fan of Jo Malone fragrances. They smell pretty good, but don’t seem to last more than an hour without disappearing on my skin. Then i recently learned that Jo Malone scents are meant to be layered 🤯! Since then, I have a new perspective and have been experimenting with different combinations to see how that goes. This particular scent smells nice and fruity to me. Can definitely smell both the Pear and the Freesia pretty distinctly. I paired it with another Jo Malone sample I have called Wild Bluebell and it smells so fresh and springy to me. It also seems to last longer when mixed. One huge downside is these scents are pretty pricey by themselves, so mixing two would be double the already expensive price. I like the idea of a multipack set ... MoreI have never been a huge fan of Jo Malone fragrances. They smell pretty good, but don’t seem to last more than an hour without disappearing on my skin. A versatile, classic but unique amber floral fragrance - my signature scent!

I've had phases with this perfume over the last 5 or so years but ultimately I've realised over time it's going to be a staple in my small collection for as long as it exists. I love that it embodies so many contradicting aspects - it's warm yet fresh, cosy yet uplifting, sweet yet green with a little spice, simple and wearable all year round and yet somehow distinct. A little powdery but not overly so, slightly creamy, slightly woody, honeyed yet light. When I first bought it it reminded me of a vanilla chai latte - hot or iced. It's not an exact representation but the scent is along that imagery. It's not for everyone I've noticed so worth sampling in store first if you have the chance - but those who like it (including myself) - it's a true love. Although it's a cologne-strength fragrance - it's definitely one of the longer lasting ones of the Jo Malone fragrances I own or have sampled. Whether for a casual or formal occasion, any season, day or night - I love knowing I can reach for Cardamom & Mimosa like a comfy hug.

Absolutely LOVE

This one REALLY surprised me! I got this as an added option in the "offers" category. I've tried Wood Sage & Sea salt, which I love at first. The dry down of it leans very masculine so I don't like it as a stand alone scent. Normally, if one scent doesn't settle on my skin well, I stay away from the others. I feel like the dry down of one scent that works well, makes it safe to stay in that brand. This is an amazing skin scent that lasts all day for me. Even into the next day on my clothes. This is a soft warm floral with a crisp/ fresh finish. The peony and jasmine compliment each in a very fresh way. Not in the soapy category but like fresh cut flowers from outside. Then the red apple gives it a bit of crisp sweetness and the warm suede makes it a skin scent for ... MoreThis one REALLY surprised me! I got this as an added option in the "offers" category. Definitely will be buying a full bottle. I reach for this one often and I do feel it's a safe blind buy.

Powerful and beautiful

I have never tried Jo Malone perfume before but with the sample I received, I tried the pear and freesia. I must say one spray from the small sample goes along way. So fresh and floral. Perfectly delicate to the nose but strong to catch all my friends attention. My partner loves it and even my mother in law. It reminds me of essential oils and when I researched more into it, I found just that. Jo Malone use only quality fragrances like essential oils which gives the perfume the refreshing and relaxing scent unlike store perfumes. It is expensive but I think very worth it. I will be buying a full size and hope I can sample some others. Completely recommend for all ages, I'm 26 and mother in law 52. Absolutely beautiful and you don't need much at all.

Should you buy this?

I want to start off this review by saying I just repurchased my second bottle. However I buy Jo Malone fragrances because I enjoy the smells, not because I think these are high performance fragrances. This is a unisex green scent that lasts around 2-3 hours on the skin. I do overspray and have found that when I spray it on my clothes I can sometimes smell it on there the next day. This was my first love from the brand and have never smelt anything similar or like it. If this is in your budget and easily obtainable in your current lifestyle then I’d say go for it. These are cologne intensities so they are made to be light. Because of this I find that I can layer this beautifully with my other Jo Malone scents or fragrances. But if you are saving up and really want ... MoreI want to start off this review by saying I just repurchased my second bottle. Sooo good!!!

I knew I was gonna like it because i had received a sample of the body wash in this scent with my previous purchase. This is a hefty price ngl and plus the quantity is so less too. But the smell is just sooo good. It's fresh but at the same time deep and cedar-y..omg idk how they did it. Just the perfect after shower kinda vibe it has but elevated by the richness and clovy spicy nature. Omg omg the first fragrance that I have enjoyed. If you have enjoyed sweet, fruity, floral scents then this is not for you since you enjoy stronger scents that lean heavily on one type of scent category. This one is unique, niether fruity, nor floral, not woody...just a great mixture of it all while keeping it subtle. They were fine to wear as a college fragrance but i wasn't particularly thrilled about any of them but now I have this one. But i am really dissatisfied with the size. Like it's already not a strong fragrance (like all Jo Malone fragrances are) and will have a subtle projection...nor is it an edp, it's a cologne so like the most diluted form. Y'all can't charge so much for a cologne dude. If Jo Malone were priced at ₹3000 or under...trust me id have tried so many of them.

Summer heat in a bottle

Jo Malone wood sage and sea salt is a very transparent citrus musk fragrance. Although light it has relatively good staying power although close to the skin. This fragrance has a very photorealistic feeling when worn of being on a northeast coast on a dry hot day. It does not smell of sunscreen or have any tropical feel whatsoever. The tart grapefruit meshes with the salt to give a feeling of hot sun which leads to the sage and Ambrette that gives a woody musky feel giving a feeling of being on a hot shore near the dunes rather then the waves. You smell the sand and the driftwood and you feel the sun heating your skin. This is very unisex minimalist attractive. Wear it on a hot day when you know you’ll be outside and you will understand it’s effect. I would ... MoreJo Malone wood sage and sea salt is a very transparent citrus musk fragrance. a beautiful clean, green skin scent!

I received a gift card to select a product of my choice to review and went with this fragrance from Jo Malone! I wanted something fresh, subtle, and a crowd-pleaser and I definitely found all that in this fragrance. Wood Sage & Sea Salt is a salty forest, green forward but in a soft pleasant way. In some way, it smells like the ocean without being aquatic! Maybe more of an east coast ocean vibe. This fragrance doesn't lean masculine or feminine, just the perfect balance. It is definitely a closer-wearing scent, and it doesn't leave a big scent trail. A lot of people mentioned longevity and I agree it doesn't have an incredible wear time but I actually like having fragrances that are a bit more subtle and you can wear during the day and wear something completely ... MoreI received a gift card to select a product of my choice to review and went with this fragrance from Jo Malone! After about 6 hours of wear, I can only catch a subtle whiff on my clothing, still clean and fresh, and alluring. I also think the bottle is quite chic and the bottle is huge! I feel like this will last a long time. Overall, I'm really happy I went with this scent because it complements my collection. I'd definitely be interested in trying more from Jo Malone.
