Stiffer and better brushes than competitor. Installation screws are worthless. Find anything else. No wood to rot or split. The tack weld on one corner split during install but with a cpl screws was able to secure corner. Much better than the other one I had. I will definitely buy this brand again but it may never wear out and break. Will probably get one for all my entryways. Not just out front.

This boot scrubber works like advertised. Long, stiff bristles on the sides removes mud and snow,reaching into all the crevices. The bottom bristles are short and stiff and gets into the lugs of the soles of your shoes or boots. The body is made of composite material instead of wood, and the bristles are supposed to stay attached. Makes sense, out in the weather. I've seen the bristles fall out of the wooden ones. Also has a built in metal sole scraper.

This boot scrubber works really good. When I first received this, I was unsure how well it would actually work compared to just hand scrubbing your boots with a handheld brush but I was very surprised. I have a husband and three sons who like to go out and get their boots muddy from our yard. Let me tell you, I was surprised how well this took thick mud and dirt that were caked on the sides and bottoms of his boots. It really works well, next I am going to do all of our boots and I may even clean the bottoms of some our other different shoes that look a little dirty. The only thing I had trouble with was finding a place to screw it down to use it when two of our porches are concrete but fortunately our third porch is decking so that is where we decided to put it. Definitely recommend if you don't want to scrub a bunch of boots with a brush and make everyone just scrub their boots off as they need to.

This boot scrubber is small but mighty. Doesn't take a lot of space, but works great. My husband's boots are always moody and this thing is a life saver. No more vacuuming every time he enters the house. The brushes are really well made, unlike some other cheap ones. It is also easy to use, just put the but in between the brushes and voila! Easy to store away, too! Overall, I would greatly recommend this boot scrubber to anyone who needs one.
We have a bad habit of tracking mud inside the house. This has helped tremendously with that problem. When you have big muddy boots in it’s a pain to take them off and on to run inside real quick to grab something. The scrubber is durable and gets off lots of dirt from your boot. The only thing bad is that the screws provided are very bad quality and stripped almost instantly when installing. I’d suggest use different screws then what comes with it. It just has four screws to install it and that’s it very easy
I think this is a good product. You must follow the directions and connect it to something that is sturdy so you can properly get debris off from your shoes. My husband uses this on his work boots before entering the house. It nicely gets off the dried mud and dirt. The bristles are heavy duty. I gave it 4 stars because I've only owned it for a few weeks. I am unsure of the long term use of this product. So far it is good and I recommend it.
This boot scrubber really cleans the hard to reach places like the the ridges in the sole of my husband's work boots. Compact design allows for me to slide it under the bench in our mudroom. Works on tennis shoes wonderfully as well. Great product that is well made and of good quality materials. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion which is what I have given. This would also make a great gift for the people in your life that are to find a gift for. It's what I'll be giving my brother in laws for Christmas this year.
This is my review on the Manakey Group 54098 Heavy Duty Boot Scrubber. This is the best thing to have when you have farmer kids and a cowboy husband! I love that it knocks most of the mud and cow crap from boots and shoes and I do not have to sweep and mop as much now that i have this boot scrubber. It is a very heavy, well made and sturdy product that should last for many years and I am glad I now have one of these. We screwed this boot scrubber down to a square piece of wood to make it set still by the door and it won't get blown of the porch for sure. Great product!
It works great for my boots, but mine are a size 8. My husband's are an 11 and he has to force his in a bit hard. It scraped out most of the mud in between the groves, only missing the deepest part of boots, where the foot arch is. We just had to scrape the boots with more effort. The instructions state you should mount it into concrete or a deck, I wasn't going to do that so I attached it to a board. That way you can stand on the board to hold it still. The screws are starting to rust a little after being outside for a week, so I won't be leaving it outside all the time. Overall it works great to get my boots cleaned after yard work! Maybe making it wider would help with bigger shoes.
