As someone who leads an active lifestyle, I have tried numerous compression socks in the past, but none have impressed me quite like the Jobst Sport Compression SocksThe fit is truly impeccable, providing just the right amount of pressure without feeling too tight or uncomfortableAdditionally, the closed toe design is a game changer for me - no more worrying about my toes poking through or feeling restrictedThese socks have truly elevated my workouts and I highly recommend them to any fellow athlete or anyone in need of compression support.

After trying several other (name brand) compression socks, I keep returning to these. What makes them the best for me:Good fit (some socks seem to be designed more for only men as the feet are often too big)Superior toe seams - completely flat and non-irritatingGood moisture wicking.I have super sensitive toes and can't tolerate the feel of any toe seams at all. I also can't tolerate toe beds that are too large, with extra fabric bunching up at the toes. These are the only socks with absolutely flat, no-feel toe seams and perfect fit in all areas. They are also very durable if you care for them properly. (I machine wash them in cool or lukewarm water and air dry them; heat is what kills elastic/compression. They air dry very fast.) These socks are wonderful! I have been in a wheelchair for over 18 years now and have tried many different brands of compression socks. I've tried socks that range in price anywhere from $60 to $5. These were only $8 and well worth it in my opinion. Most compression socks will pool blood in your feet if you keep them on too long. Not these! These give an even compression from top to bottom. They are so much easier to put on compared to most compression socks. Most are way too tight and difficult to put on, especially if you have hand issues like me. I like that I can wear these over a wound I may have on my feet. Most compression socks would bother the wound, but not these. These are great! I highly recommend these to anyone in the market looking for a good ... MoreThese socks are wonderful! Great sport sock
14 July 2023

I use the AW travel socks daily at work, but prefer these for other activities like hiking, biking - anything while wearing shorts. I find these fit well, are easy to put on, are comfortable, and look great. My AW travel socks wear very well and last a long time. These are pricey, so am hoping these will also last a long time.

I have had Jobst before.
4 July 2024

I have had Jobst before in the sport style. I had a job at a hospital, in transport, walking from 6 to 15 miles. I bought five pairs of those, for the 5 day work week, and they lasted me a long, long time. Those were 20-30 rated. I got the next level down, because I don’t walk that far, and I get good compression from them. By the way, I still have four pair of the original ones, and use them when I’m working on my yard .

I realized I am able to build back strength that I've lost through resistance training and walking, but soon I developed painful shin splints that stopped my progress. These sports socks helped that problem.

Protects against shin splint pain as you walk to build overall strength against typical weakness & muscle loss that comes as you age

Support without looking nerdy!
6 September 2019

I was finding that my ankles and calves were swelling up when I went on power walks. My doctor recommended support hose but I felt I wasn’t old enough to start wearing that “old lady” stuff! I searched on line for some cool looking support knee highs to walk in, and found the Jobst Sport Socks. They are not only extremely supportive and keep my swelling down, they look cool and are literally cool while walking! I love these socks for my sports activities and will be purchasing more since I will also use them while playing on my softball team. Brightlife Direct customer service was also the key in answering many questions I had as a first time support stocking user, so don’t hesitate to chat with them if you have questions about support stockings or socks. Terribly Tight - Choose a Different Style
6 June 2021

Super tight to the point of being almost impossible to put on. I’m limber and strong, but the fit is so tight, with so little stretch that they’re worthless to me. Yes, I bought the right size and they’re marked as the size I ordered. I own several pairs of Jobst knee high compression socks and love them. While the Sport variety sounded great, they proved to be a waste of money because I’ll never wear them again. The band around the mid foot made my feet ache for days after the few hours I wore them. Avoid my disappointment and stick with more mainstream Jobst knee highs.

Too small.
8 June 2024

Fit like small or medium instead of large. I also got pink and they were perfect. The black are overall smaller and several inches shorter. Don’t stay up on my legs. I have been using this brand for 10 years and tried the pink pairs first and they were good, black were same vendor, all box was good/tag was right….And they were all wrong but I had already washed them and tossed the boxes.

poor fit
9 January 2024

These are fitted by measuring around the ankle and calf. I measured and should fit into a medium. Unfortunately, there is no consideration for shoe size or height. The foot section is very small, tight and uncomfortable. As a result the height is a little short. Bottom line, they fit poorly and they're uncomfortable. I hope I can return them as I only wore one stocking once.
