I enjoyed the length as well. They are longer than normal, but they are written as long leg so I knew what I was getting into and it was honestly great. I'm glad Jockey has a chafe proof design. The texture of the brief is smooth and soft with good stretch and flexibility. I have the black color and it has a bit of a sheen to it which gives it a sporty feel. I tried these during a light workout and could tell there won't be issues with chafing happening even during strenuous workouts. The legs didn't roll up on these at all during the entire day, but the waist band did roll down a bit at times when bending or changing positions during weightlifting. That would be my only reason for giving 4 stars for these. I loved the air flow with these while moving. The best thing about these is the versatility of them. I wore the medium and they were very true to size for me. I'm 5'8" with a thin build and the bottom of the long leg brief hit about 6 inches above my knee. I would say the support is not as good in the front and doesn’t give as much lift as an actual brief, but the long leg boxer brief is a really good quality item with such great versatility, and I would buy these again in other colors.

Complete Freedom Boxer Briefs
9 June 2022

The boxer briefs came packed in recyclable packaging. Three briefs in grey, royal blue and orange. The colors are really appealing including the orange which isn’t the ‘day-glo’ orange but kind of creamsicle color. The offer was only for size Small. I typically wear medium size as i have a 34” waist. The material is woven to be incredibly stretchy. Holding them i thought no way could i get into them. I pulled them on and because they are so stretchy they fit snugly. The mesh material conformed to my body like a glove but is not constricting. Im a bit over ‘average’ in the pouch area but nothing feels squished and they even show a decent bulge with the Free Fit Pouch. Wore them all day with comfort. The keyhole fly is a bit small and as such is practically useless. ... MoreThe boxer briefs came packed in recyclable packaging. Three briefs in grey, royal blue and orange. The material is fine mesh so cant see thru it. Have washed and reworn one pair so far and no difference.

Extremely soft fabric that provides support and flexibility
14 December 2022

I first noticed how soft the fabric was which is characteristic of modal. The fabric provided excellent stretch and flexibility and great support in the important areas. On many Jockey products, I notice that waist rise is too high, but this boxer brief was perfect! Not too high, and not too low. The waist band was okay, not great. I much prefer a fabric covered waist band, but this one was sufficient.I normally fit a size medium (I am a solid 32-33 in waist), but I noticed that on my last Jockey order, the waist was a little on the tight side. I went up a size large, and although the waist was larger and fit well, the waistband was still slightly tighter than I thought it would be. Lots of room in the legs, but the waist seems to be sized a little on the small ... MoreI first noticed how soft the fabric was which is characteristic of modal. The boxer brief held its shape and looked brand new even after a second and third washing. It seems to be very durable.

Good choice for sports / summertime
3 June 2022

Overall, good choice for active guys or hot climates/weather!The fit / style is your traditional fly-front boxer brief, though a bit on the roomy side (I generally prefer a snugger fit so I went down one size - you may want to do the same). They don't look or fit like compression-short-style underwear, so they're fine for everyday wear as well. I commute by public transit often in the summertime, which involves lots of walking in the heat - these are great for that! The material is a very breathable, light mesh - not light enough to be see-through, though. It feels a bit rough to the touch when brand new, but they're not itchy or uncomfortable at all when you put them on.They give me most of what I look for in athletic underwear - supportive fit without being ... MoreOverall, good choice for active guys or hot climates/weather!The fit / style is your traditional fly-front boxer brief, though a bit on the roomy side (I generally prefer a snugger fit so I went down one size - you may want to do the same). It's also a bit too wide for me - I prefer a narrower waistband that is more resistant to folding over / rolling. All in all - a good choice that is similar to more expensive underwear of this type, but at a better price.

Good warm-weather brief that could use a few small improvements
30 May 2022

After being disappointed by Jockey's "Sport Cooling Mesh" briefs (and various other briefs with a contoured front pouch), I wasn't sure if these would be any good, but figured they were worth a try.I'm glad I did. Somehow they seem to work better at shedding heat and at least to some extent, moisture, than the "Sport" briefs. In addition, these have a FAR more comfortable design for me, fitting snugly rather than either being annoyingly loose or having no room (as various designs seem to do). While I like the concept of flyless briefs better, I believe the fly in these allows them to better conform to the wearer. Perhaps a concept like this but using less material and seams moved around for better comfort would be in order on some new product in Jockey's lineup. ... MoreAfter being disappointed by Jockey's "Sport Cooling Mesh" briefs (and various other briefs with a contoured front pouch), I wasn't sure if these would be any good, but figured they were worth a try.I'm glad I did. While I like the concept of flyless briefs better, I believe the fly in these allows them to better conform to the wearer. Perhaps a concept like this but using less material and seams moved around for better comfort would be in order on some new product in Jockey's lineup. The other key ingredient is the perforated/"mesh" fabric pouch, which really helps. These briefs were mostly comfortable in recent warm (and somewhat humid) weather.I think it's a missed opportunity that the whole thing isn't made of the mesh fabric, but it is still fairly good, and the mesh pouch makes a lot more sense than the two mesh spots on the other Jockey briefs that don't seem to help much.Other minor gripes: the waistband is wider than I would like (trapping heat and sweat under it) and the sizing is inconsistent with other briefs, feeling a touch large in the leg openings and back and even the waistband should maybe be a bit more snug. So this is a good product that could use some small improvements to be great.

Lightweight, Fits Well and Good Support

I’m really liking these Jockey Briefs more than I had expected. The first time I wore them, I felt like they were not forming well to cup me like the should and I felt like I was falling out some. I wore them through the day and noticed they actually did a good job of keeping everything in place. The shape of the pouch keeps everything in the front I didn’t feel the need to keep adjusting myself. The pouch definitely defines what you have, if that’s something you look for in a pair of briefs. I felt that I could move freely around in the briefs and didn’t feel like they were constrictive at all. The mesh is nice for keeping everything cool as well as keeping them lightweight. Very Happy With These Microfiber Briefs
4 January 2023

I wear mid-rise boxer briefs exclusively, but after trying a pair of the Eco-friendly microfiber briefs, I’m changing my mind. My major complaint in the past with boxers was all of the extra fabric you had to tuck into your pants and the fabric wasn’t particularly comfortable. The Jockey microfiber briefs eliminated both of those issues. The Eco-friendly fabric is very soft and feels good against your skin (I wasn’t sure what to expect with 90% recycled polyester). The cut of these boxers was just right for me, they weren’t tight or constricting but at the same time there wasn’t excess fabric to tuck into your pants. The fact that this really comfortable fabric is made from recycled polyester is a double win. These also launder very nicely and come out wrinkle free, unlike cotton boxers.

Very soft modal pouch boxer briefs

The first thing I love about these Chafe Proof Modal Boxer Briefs is that the modal stretch fabric is very soft and stretchy. And thanks to the flat seams, I didn’t notice any friction on my skin. Another bonus is that without any itchy tags in the back, there is nothing to irritate my skin. I’m a pouch fan and especially like the pouch on these briefs. It is roomy and comfortable enough to hold things in place without feeling constrained or tight, even while actively involved in sports.
