Johnson's Baby Bedtime Lotion, 6.8 oz

This mild baby lotion is specially formulated for babies, and never harsh , dye- free, sulfate-free, and paraben-free. These things are very important for children whose have a sensitive skin. Nice scent,light but moisturizing and it lasts . This is a wonderful lotion to use after my baby shower and before bedtime. It helps calm my daughter down, and sleep better . Plus it leaves her skin soft and smooth. Will definitely continue to repurchase and recommend to others .

The design shape of Johnson's bedtime lotion smells great is calming. The bottle seems bigger for about the same price. There are no parabens, of dyes in this product; which, is good for baby and most skin types. This lotion has been most effective after a warm bath gently massaging the lotion into the skin. It does help with sleep because the fragrance is light and soothing. For those of us, that watch the ingredient list, the first ingredient is water.

But what I love most about this product is its effectiveness in helping my little one sleep better at night. The added essences truly make a difference in calming and relaxing my baby before bedtime. The lavender and chamomile scents are known for their soothing properties and I have noticed a significant improvement in my baby's sleep since using this product. Really like this product, I noticed a huge difference after bath time using it with my 5mo old. We use cottontouch shampoo and wash first. The only thing I was super hesitant at first because I thought lavender was in it (purple bottle just makes me think of that and made me not use it for a long time). Then I saw the 100% transparency from J&J - much appreciated. For once I can read and understand the ingredients in my baby’s creams/shampoos. I still feel a little nervous because it works so well I’m in disbelief. I even find the smell pleasant myself.

New Formula

I have been buying this lotion for 8 years. Always loved it. I started using it for myself at bedtime because of how much I loved it. I just bought a new bottle and didn't even notice the "new formula" on the bottle. Well I just used for the first time and instantly knew it wasn't right. I looked at tge bottle to make sure I got the right thing and sure enough that is when I saw the "new formula" printed on the bottle. Absolutely horrible sent, not calming at all and it just doesn't feel right. I'm so disappointed. I honestly can't sleep without it. I've tried other locations in the past but the feeling of them isn't comfortable for me. Please bring back the old formula or at least change the sent back.

Please bring back original scent!

Pleeease being back old formula! When I first smelled this one I literally couldn’t smell anything! I had to ask my husband to smell it to and we double checked that we got the correct one. There is barely any scent to it and the scent that is there is NOTHING like the original. I am soooo disappointed as we loved the previous scent and it was our go to since our son was a baby. Please do us all a favor and bring the original scent back. This one was a waste of money. :(

The “New Formula” is Awful!

We have been using the Bedtime baby lotion and moisture wash since my daughter was an infant. Of all the baby lotions and washes we tried, this one by far had the most pleasant, non-obtrusive scent. Recently we emptied a bottle and immediately noticed a huge difference when we opened the new one. It says “New Formula” and it is terrible. Neither myself nor my 5-year-old can stand it. I don’t waste, so we’ll use what is already purchased, but I can hardly wait for it to be gone. I guess I’ll have to start the search for the best lotion and wash all over again. I just don’t understand why they would mess with a good thing, and who on Earth would possibly think this new scent is an improvement?!

True elite quality brand name!

Johnson and Johnson never disappoint. Loved the delicate smell of lavender, especially at bedtime. The lavender scent does really relax you and lulls you to sleep. I love the fact, it is thick enough to apply, coats the skin leaving your skin soft and breathable. It's excellent for those of us in our senior years, do to overall dryness this lasts all day when applied after a sponge bath, shower, etc. The sweet, soft scent of lavender follows you throughout your day.
