Joie Microwave Popcorn Maker

This product is okay. It does make a personal portion of popcorn and is a great way to reduce waste when making popcorn. The lid is sometimes hard to keep on and the popcorn doesn't always cook super evenly. Otherwise happy with product.

This is a great little snack cup. I purchased it for work; to ease that between lunch/dinner hunger. It is super easy to use, pops with air (no oil needed) and kernels pop nice and fluffy! The only down side to this popper is it pops so well you may need to pop two to share!

Didn't work

The size of this is very tall. I had trouble fitting this in my microwave. The first batch I made was completely burnt. I thought maybe the container got caught on the turntable. I washed it and tried again. This time I watched it and it rotated freely and I only had 5-8 popped pieces. I was excited to try this and I was hoping it would work for quick snacks at home, work, etc. I'm glad that I only bought one to try it out. I would not recommend this product at all.

Easy

Just fill the inside rubber and don't overcook, it depends on your wattage. Use fresh popcorn seeds or you will get burned popcorn. Bought it for our vacation home.

Easy to use

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is handy and easy to use. I fave it four stars because I wish it could fit more popcorn! The instructions say to microwave it for 2 minutes, but I found that it needed less time. One minute dorty-five seconds is more like it.

Great except for lid

I love this popcorn popper. It worked just as described until the lid stopped staying on. Then the popping corn blows the lid off and popcorn is all over the microwave. Too bad because I was using it often. It's the right size for one generous serving. No oil and no salt.

Great little popper!

I LOVE this popcorn maker! It's perfect size for one person, pops all but 4 or 5 kernels when I follow the directions exactly! I nuke mine for 2 mins 15 seconds and it's perfect every single time! I'm not sure why other people didn't have good results, possibly due to varied microwave wattage? Mine is 1100 watts. Healthy snack & easy clean up!

Great way to control quantity with no burning

Finally a microwaved popper that makes the perfect amount for someone counting calories or following healthy eating plan. Takes some testing to fin d right time etting. My microwave is A 1200 watt and takes almost four minutes. At four minutes only a couple of unpopped kernels and no burning. When done, take off lid and sprinkle with popcorn salt, shake lightly so salt shakes through and enjoy.

I want my money back.

This popcorn maker doesn’t make popcorn. Three times I tried to use it. It says 2 minutes nothing even presented to happen after 4 minutes 5 kernels popped after 6 the house was on fire. Don’t waste your money. Bad

This is very handy. I would buy it again!

I used this to make popcorn for a holiday snack recipe. It is perfect! It's easy to use, pops the corn quickly and almost all kernels popped. It's also easy to clean up. Pops about 2 cups of popcorn.
