I bought these shoes for my son's 11th birthday. I wanted them fast so I did two day shipping and paid an extra 20 dollars. They came almost two weeks later. The box was beat up, and the shoes were dirty and scuffed up. Thankfully, we were able to clean them up before my son got them. He had been asking everyday when were his shoes going to come. I bought this shoe but Kids Footlocker sent wrong Jordan’s then when I called bout shoe they going say don’t have in stock why I couldn’t get that answer before I paid for them and when they sent wrong shoe it was the wrong sized too. I still haven’t got my refund back but I did send wrong shoes and sized back

I brought these for my daughters and they love them. These are actually their first pair of Jordans.
The whole experience has been terrible. The first pair of Jordans I received we worn, they were dirty & arrived with a used filthy dirty sock inside the shoe! The replacement pair they sent were defective, they were scratched up & had markings on them. It’s like they don’t even look at the shoes before they send them out. I’m appalled & disgusted to say the least.
my son complains about one of the shoes being deformed from the inside. Everytime he put the shoe on I have to first stick my finger in it in the toe area and I press against it because I can tell that their is something their that isn't in the other shoe.
