At first it was brillant, I absolutely loved it looked great, enough storage and very sturdy! Then after a while it started to slip down, we’d put it back up and then once again it would slip. Then it fell off the wall. So I left it for a couple of months while I couldn’t deal with the frustration of getting to stay up. I tried to put it up again today after cleaning my shower and following all your instructions (yes I have glossy tiles) and it lasted less than 10 minutes and came crashing down.

Returning as quickly as possible.Also purchased the shower squeegee to go with it and had the same problem, kept falling off the tiles.

The suction pads on the shelf do not stick properly. I followed the instructions and ensured I had the right tiles which it states on the information guide.Even with nothing on, the shelf did not stay up and nearly dented my shower tray as it kept dropping constantly.Returning the item immediately.

I bought it because I really like the products of the brand, but this is a disaster. The suction does not work and every hour the shelf comes unstuck on one side. I tried to use it on two different walls, I waited the wall to be dry, I avoided using the shower afterwards... nothing worked. I regret not having returned the product immediately.
I had such high hopes for this lovely shelf. After trying many similar suction held shelves I thought that this might be the one that worked. Sadly no ....... fell off within 30 mins didn't even get round to putting anything on it. Round two lasted a couple of hours and then I heard the clatter as it hit the shower tray. Followed instructions and cleaned, rinsed and dried the tiles, placed on tiles not grout, my tiles are plain no bumps or uneven surface.
We installed this unit, very easily I might add, and it holds beautifully. The mirror is great and the unit is currently holding shave cream and razors. It's the perfect addition to our shower.
Easy to fit. Sticks really well to shower screen and smooth tiles. I have bought 2 more for family and they think they are great too. Sister has just bought one too. I should be on commission 🤣
We saw this shower caddy on holiday and had to have one. We are also interested in buying the corner option too. fantastic suction. Mirror a little out of focus but like it anyway. highly recommend
This product does not work. It falls off the wall. We tried repeatedly to to attached it to the wall but it fell down crashing. We have shower walls tiled with marble tile.I tried to return it but Joseph Joseph takes no responsibility for shipping returns. Lucille at 917-338-0900 told me I had to pay for shipping back in the original box which was $56 . The original cost of the items I paid with shipping was $90. So I am stuck with items which do not work and therefore will not order from Joseph Joseph again.
The Shower Shelf itself is fine and easy to install but the mirror has proved to be a problem. The mirror is uneven and provides a very distorted image. I contacted the Joseph Joseph Customer Service who have been extremely helpful. I received a replacement the next day but unfortunately this one also had the same problem. We have a Joseph Joseph Corner Shower Caddy which has an identical mirror which does not have the same issues - I can only assume there has been a manufacturing problem resulting in a bad batch of mirrors.The Customer Service have been very efficient and helpful - a full refund was promptly provided and I have been assured that the problem is being looked into. I hope the problem with the mirror can be resolved as the shelf itself is very good.
