When folded, the two sets of legs fit neatly together at one end of the board, making it less likely to snag when you remove it from storage. A large handle on the back makes it easy to carry and also acts as a secure hanging point when used with the specially designed bracket (included), making it easy to store behind a door or inside a cupboard or wardrobe. With Glide Compact, installation is easier too. Simply grip the handle, press the release lever underneath and rotate the end of the board horizontally. The height can be adjusted to six different positions using the release lever, from 81 cm (32 inches) to a maximum of 96 cm (38 inches). The cover features a 100% cotton top layer with a luxurious, padded felt underlay and easy-to-replace elastics. Glide Compact comes with a handy, removable silicone iron mat that can be placed anywhere on the surface of the board or, if you need more ironing space, on an adjacent table or worktop.
