Great addition to our kitchen. Easy to use, no mess, and no other kitchen utensils needed. You can cut the avocado open, take the pip out and slice it. It takes a little while to work out how to use the slicer properly, but once you've got the hang of it, its great!

I was sceptical but have been delighted by how helpful this avocado gadget has been. I use all 3 tools with minimum fuss and no more sticky fingers! Yay!

Brilliant item. The knife is so easy to use and you can never cut yourself with it. The stone remover is also easy to use and so much safer than the cook's knife in a stone - no more cut hands in our house. The avocado slicer is also great. People who don't like this feature must be using really mushy avocados, as we've had no issues with texture. We love this tool.

Whilst this does work in parts the knife isn’t really long enough or sturdy enough. Worse still is the so called pip remover, we eat avocados on a really regular basis & having had this tool a year I’ve still not had one that the ‘remover’ fits, it just slips around & is useless. The slicer part works well though.
The perfect avacardo knife, for someone who could never perfect the cutting/ slicing. This life has made it easy and now my avacardo look nice in salads

Well, I never thought I would find a bad product from Joseph Joseph but there it is… While I like the design, the first time I used it, the end of the knife broke, and I didn’t even feel like I was using force. Great start. Then I tried to remove the seed using the funny bit in the centre of this tool… didn’t work, I literally mashed half my avocado and decided to use a spoon instead. Now this tool is taking dust in my kitchen drawer. Should have took it back straight away but with the chilled knife I thought Myer would laugh at my face. Do not recommend
Very disappointed. What size avocado is required for this to work!!!! First I found it very hard to pull open the blade. Then I could not get the hole over the stone to dislodge it. I know the fruit I had was not too large but this piece of equipment was useless on all counts as the cutting blade also could not touch the fruit dye to the large size.I purchased two as I was going to take one to my daughter in Australia but I am not now taking it. An expensive mistake on my part. It didn’t do what it’s suppose to do unless you have the exact size avocado. Not good
My 11 year old daughter bought this with her own pocket money as she loves avocados but hates the mess peeling them.The stone remover doesn't work - on large stones all it does is grind pieces out of the stone which then go into the avocado flesh, on small stones it's too large to get any grip.Trying to slice any avocado approaching ripeness leaves a lot of flesh behind in the skin.It's also a pain to clean - two goes through the dishwasher and then a final hand wash required the first time.Have tried it a couple of times since and my opinion has not improved.Would return for refund if I could.
used only once so far. stone remover worked well but am sure the size of the avocado would be a factor. knife sliced it apart easily. yet to try the slicer but regularly buy avocados so am sure will get used a lot. feels study to use and with the standard J>J guarantee whats not to like.
