I purchased this formula one along with the Fish & Oil Formula and the Hair & Libido as part of my attempts to support my body throughout the winter. I live in Canada and winters are very harsh. After taking these for just over a month I can say I noticed a huge difference in just how much better and stronger I feel compared to previous winters. I have estrogen high PCOS, two an a half months in and I’ve lost a solid 10lbs, my energy is better, my periods are back, and I actually have an appetite. All without changing anything else in my routine. I take the recommended dosage daily, split between morning & night, and I’m good to go. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Nothing else had worked before, but this did. I’ve been taking the JS health supplements for well over a year now and I swear by them. I typically have the skin and digestion, detox and debloat, probiotic and collagen most days. I started taking these a few weeks before my next cycle and it made a HUGE difference. My period usually come with excruciating pain and heavy bleeding. I’ve been like that for years. They reduced my pain dramatically and it actually started later in my cycle rather than right at the beginning. I felt like I had more energy and my no period acne this time around. I don’t normally break out a lot but always get one or two of he under skin ones that hurt a lot. I had nothing this time. Definitely will keep taking these. I was taking another pill before these that comes in a pink container. I saw no change after 3 months of taking. This pill showed change immediately after only a few weeks! I’m hooked.
I have been taking Magnesium pills, 1 twice daily for well over 3 years now. I was prone to leg cramps especially after sport (golf and power walking) but have been symptom free ever since! I have never written a bad review but unfortunately I am today. I rely on reviews hugely when making purchases online so it only feels right to review my experience with this product. It did not work for me & unfortunately my periods have been missing for 3 months now since starting theses. Still no period. I also have horrible bloating almost everyday since and adult acne that’s also new for me.
Sorry to say … I bought 4 packs of these with high hopes but upon about 2 days worth of starting they have brought on a flare up of my lymphocytic collitis. So disappointed I bought so many, I didn’t realise this would happen. Would love a refund if I send back the three unopened bottles ???? Wish it had worked wonders for me, but I won’t be able to try it again given what happened!

I've found more relief for sugar cravings in these than the JS sugar and metabolism vitamins which is ironic. I've recommended to anyone who will listen and pray they keep working so well. Apart from that, physically periods and PMT much easier to handle. Travelling internationally as a flight attendant my period can be irregular. I’ve tried a lot of supplements for hormone balance, and these are the best ones.
