The plastic buckle and plastic adjuster on the chest strap that go behind my dogs front legs are very annoying and uncomfortable for him at any type of adjustment I tried. I even tried watching videos to help with adjustment in case I was doing something wrong. My Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix loves to go on walks, but felt uncomfortable to walk in it or even go up the stairs to our apartment

We had a size 0, but was using a pronged collar typically. She had been putting up a fuss with the pronged collar so started using the harness again, but was practicing more so she wouldn’t pull, and stay with me. The size 0 fit, but at the end of its range, and was starting to shed/fray. The size 1 harness fits her better, has wider banding, and is working out great! Especially since she loves to go for bike rides!!

These harnesses are incredible! Beautifully crafted from high quality materials, fit well, no chafing, will buy 2 more for our other pups. [Our first exposure to similar design was 'Doggy Kingdom' brand...inferior in every way.]

The construction of the black/gray Mini-Mini IDC Belt is awesome and well worth the price paid. In our case, the chest strap was way too long on both of the Mini-Mini IDC Belts we ordered, which was disappointing since the Mini-Mini has fit perfectly in other products/styles. I detached the velcro and shorten the chest strap over 3†to make it fit properly, then reattached the velcro. Our red belt may be given away due to this problem. Our dog breed does have a narrow chest but I wish there was better sizing consistence between products. Thank you for making these wonderful products. I have 3 IDC harnesses and love them!
For being a small mini-mini size, the Velcro strap around the neck is far too big for our maltipoo, has had to fold the strap so that the Velcro attaches the smallest possible, but is still too big, becomes "bubbly" and unwieldy. Too bad because it is oth
Second of two Mini-Mini IDC belts purchased. This belt is a gorgeous red/gray and very well made. As noted in my previous review, the chest strap was way too long for our dog breed. I have not decided if I will make adjustments on it or not. I would highly recommend these belts if you are looking for a strong, well made belt harness.
Perfect fit and really easy to get on and off! The material is thick and sturdy. We have both this harness and the power harness. We use this everyday at the park and the power harness for hiking. We find that our pup (9 month old Australian Cattle Dog/ 41 pounds) tolerates this harness more, maybe because there's less fabric so it feels like constricting? Either way, would highly recommend.
This is by far the BEST harness I’ve purchased and I wish it was referred to me sooner. Oh and my German Shepherd puppy looks GREAT wearing his new harness. I use this harness for training, casual walks around the neighborhood and for club work. THANK YOU Julius-K9 for making such an excellent product. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
I got the harness for my mini dachshund and she likes it. I had another one prior, but she stood still like a statue any time we put it on, and she seemed to be loosing a bit of hair due to rubbing. This harness is lightweight, doesn’t cover a lot of area, and also goes across the shoulder which is never seen before. We take her for a walk every day, and she walks just fine in it.
Was using cheaper harnesses but they would urst open at the buckle if the dog strongly pulled and they would loose position on the dogs back and the straps would keep loosening. Not the case with this harness, really good and worth the money. Stays in place perfectly and really good strong material...no buckle opening under pressure with this harness. Definitely recommend it a 100%. There was a bit of a delay in sending the delivery just by a day or 2 as I was ordering other products as well but GLS are brilliant for delivering super fast and well worth the extra delivery charge for them.
