I kid you not, this game has four and only four levels. I wish I was joking. I completed the whole game in just over an hour. You wanna hear something else? Each level is the same but in a different location! I wish I was joking! So sad by this, why oh why didn’t I read reviews before wasting money!! Mate, who ever made this game thought they were developing a free phone app. What a waste of £25 (on sale)... not even the voice actors which I found sad as well. Just all bad lol. Honestly.

Bought this for my son's 9th birthday, he LOVES the Jumanji films (original and new). Started playing this game at about 2pm, HAD COMPLETED THE WHOLE GAME BY 6PM, and he wasn't even playing it for a full straight 4 hours just in between while we were getting things tidied away ect. So even worse really The whole game!!!! Literally all done. So expensive for something so simple. I even played it myself as I was in such disbelief I played the game myself and my life.... What a waste of money. I'm so angry. I wish, WISH I could get the money back, send the product back and spend it on an actual game. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED! IT TRULY IS RUBBISH!

After trying everywhere around Christmas time to buy this game, I explained to my grandson it was out of stock everywhere and I would buy it soon as I could see it in stock somewhere. So yesterday we went to Smyths to buy it. I wish someone would have told me about this game before I wasted £29.99 today !!! It is a totally waste of money. I dont mind spending any amount really on a game If it keeps kids occupied - this hasnt. I played it with grandson and we completed it in less than 2 hours !!! No story to it at all. This is a short and terrible game. simple and boring mechanics paired with only three different levels that for all intents and purposes are just reskinned copies of each other. Spend your money on something else.
Kinda think the game company missed a trick here. Games OK, the smaller humans enjoy it. But it's just levels to beat - no story line to follow - just get from one end of the level to the other and get the crystal. If you wanted a game that followed the story so you could save Jamaji, then this isn't for you. I'd you just want an enjoyable run round, swat a few peeps and have a laugh as you get trampled by a rhino for the hundredth time, this will do ya. Enjoyable for most, but experienced gamers might get bored pretty quick.
A game like this could have worked but it didn’t. 4 levels ( 1 is the same just at night), Bad voice actors with repeated voice lines, Fortnitey graphics, not enough animals, bad ai and don’t even get me started with the fact that there is no story!! Ok I’ve done a review on the board game I said it once and I’ll say it again if you have a family of 4 you’ll enjoy this game and if you’re a parent looking for a game for your kids I’ll recommend it to you they’ll love it but if you’re looking for a great story based game please do not play this game you’ll be disappointed I might come back and “Re review” it again if there are any updates but the chances of that happening are slim to non adventurers beware I give this game a 1/5
Wife brought this expecting it to follow the film, it holds no relevance to the films not even in the slightest. Spent about 30 mins and finished the game..... I'm in complete shock that this costs 29.99 the tutorial actually lasts longer than the whole game!!!! Unbelievable that they actually allowed this to be released..... Please don't waste your money, you will undoubtedly be disappointed. I've brought indie games for less and they have been better than this game. The creators should be ashamed of this trash
Wow - don't waste money on this game. It's a genuinely terrible game that fails in practically every possible way, for example: 1. The only similarity with the movie is the characters used. Levelling up the characters only changes the colour of their clothes/weapon. 2. The gameplay, "story" and level scenery is nothing like any part of the movie. In fact, there is no story, or plot or point to the levels. 3. The "game" has only 4 10-minute levels which are all the same just set in different locations (find 4 stones, walk through corridor of 'traps', fight wave of enemy, game over). This is the same online. 4. The graphics are pretty poor for 2021, as is character movement and the variety of sounds/music/voice phrases. 5. The 'game' provides no real motivation to do ... If you just run round aimlessly the AI characters in the team will shoot most enemies leaving your only real job as collecting the 4 glowing stones for which an arrow points them out. 7. There are is so much ammo and healing around that it's nearly impossible to die, except when facing the animal 'bosses' - which cannot be hurt, they're much faster than you and will make you lose a life with one touch if caught. 8. There are no puzzles in the game that I can find and the traps are simply floor spikes on a timer and axe pendulums which are pretty pathetic as these can all just be waded through with you eyes closed as there's full health refills waiting after each 'trap'. Overall, a pretty terrible game that should be given away as a free download not sold. The Jumanji shareholders should be embarrassed having this on the market in their name and should simply refund anyone who drops a copy of their game back at the store.
My husband and i like games we can play together and love Jumanji so gave it ago. I was sad and disappontes. The game is confused and kind of a pain. Got tired of doing the exact same thing over and over and over. Wasn't worth it
I bought this game for my sons at xmas as MY xmas present to them. I didnt have very high expectations but i couldnt believe how awful this game was. it was like playing a bad ps2 game. no story, no plot, no dialogue no point in playing really. By far the worst game ive played and i mean it disgrace that this game even made it to shop shelves
