This is an amazing machine that does not skimp out on features. Do however spend the extra $ to purchase the Bluetooth module to fully enjoy it's capabilities. We own a Z6 and have a WE8 that we just got serviced and bought new components. If you drink coffee regularly this machine pays for itself in a year or less. Far superior drinks than at your local name brand shops. The ease of use and flexibility makes it a great buy and one not to be missed over cheaper alternatives. This is not you run of the mill average espresso machine. You can brew a multitude of drinks at the touch of a button or by using the app with the optional Bluetooth module.

I have been using a jura in my home for a couple years and always wanted one in the office. We finally took the plunge and got the WE8. It is an amazing machine, with a much superior build to my home model. Adding this machine to the office has surprisingly changed moral, its better then startbucks, and the employees save money while spending more non work time together. Slavic and the boys at IDC got the machine to Calgary in a couple days!! It was the perfect recommendation of machine. We will do business again without hesitation.

We have several friends who own Juras for years told us to get one. Picked up the WE8 for Christmas. No regrets! We don’t use the full capacity of it but it’s there if needed! Love the adjustable coffee strength and cup size. Definitely looking forward to many years of service!

One month in, everyone seems to like it. We use it with espresso beans from a roastery called Red Bird in Montana, which someone on Reddit recommended for these machines. Although the WE8 doesn't *technically* make caffè lattes, the flat whites it does make are indistinguishable from those, at least to me. As with the rest of the menu, you can always adjust the volume of milk and the volume and strength of the coffee to suit your needs. The latte macchiatos look beautiful in the Jura macchiato glasses, which I would also recommend to anyone interested. Finally, as a side note: we bought the Smart Connect chip out of curiosity but found it completely useless. The "J.O.E." app doesn't do anything special; it just lets you make the same selections as before except on ... MoreOne month in, everyone seems to like it. Coffee tastes strange...I have read all instructions...watched many youtube videos...I am using the same beans and same water source as my manual Breville (which tastes great) and I cannot get rid of some lingering undesireable tastse that must have something to do with innerworkings of the machine...any ideas? I have exhausted my common sense and research
This is our 4th super auto (3 Jura's) but our first "office" level machine. While we have had mixed results with reliability with the others requiring us to send them in for servicing every 12-16 months not so with the WE8. We have been using our WE8 for a couple years now and have had zero problems that weren't cleaning related. We are very careful about maintaining all of the required cleaning, descaling etc and perhaps that has helped but we were careful with the others too.We like the one touch selections and the ability to make a lot of drinks in a hurry when we have guests. This machine is a daily driver but we are only making 10-12 drinks a day so are hopeful that the reliability continues.
I purchased the Jura WE8 and smart connect for Christmas this year. The price was healthy so it took some time for me to make the decision to purchase but WOW was it worth it. My only regret is putting it off for as long as I did. It’s a beautiful machine. Cleans easy. Refills on beans and water are limited which is so nice. The coffee is unbelievable and ready whenever I am. So easy. So so good. I’m ruined.
I am so stoked I bought two of these machines: one for my warehouse and the other for my retail store! We have about 45 staff and most of which drink coffee of some sort. In the past we offered only drip coffee and a low quality espresso machine but with the new Jura Impressa WE8 the staff look forward to their coffee break and can customize the drink of their choice when coffee time presents itself. Not to mention I am a big coffee drinker and the quality and flavour this machine offers is incredible! Thank you!
I purchased the WE8 for my small business of 10 employees based off of a recommendation from Seattle Coffee Gear. I was not super excited about spending this much, but I will say that it has exceeded our expectations and I believe this machine is worth it. Everyone that we make a cup for says it is the best espresso drink that they have had. We really like the Flat White and Cappuccino drinks, the milk texture and temperature is perfect.
This super automatic machine produces extraordinary coffee and milk-based drinks; really superb flavor. The generous water tank, bean grinder, puck dispenser and drip tray make it extremely convenient to use. The water tank can be filled from the top without removing it, but also has a strong, built-in handle to use to lift the tank out to fill using a tap. Chrome front panels look very nice. We are extremely happy with this machine!
