I bought the Jura frother and I am very happy. I always warm my milk first in the microwave before adding it to the frother. This allows the frother to create 100% full bodied froth. I have used both vitamin D and 2% milk...both froth extremely well this way. There are 3 options on the frother, one for cold milk froth, warm milk froth and hot milk froth. I find heating the milk in the microwave first really creates a thick froth that I love vs allowing the frothing machine to heat the milk and froth. Love this machine!

I refunded it because it does not perform as expected. Milk isn’t hot enough, froth is thin, even thinner to none for other milk such as almond, oat and soy.

Not only is it beautiful and well-built, but it also froths almond milk to perfection.A lot of dense foam that doesn't collapse after a few minutes.I particularly like how easy it is to clean the stainless steel jug and the whisk. No worrying about electrical parts getting wet or scratching the delicate coating.Highly recommended!
It froths well. The instructions read to not fill below the minimum mark on the inside of the container, and never above the max. I only have one line in my container, which is about halfway up, but I never go above that anyway. It has 3 settings: cold, warm, hot. Those settings are for the temperature of the froth you desire and all you have to do is push the button on the device until you reach the setting you want. After that, the machine does all the work. Always pour in cold milk (or cream, depending on your taste). No need to warm up the milk prior to frothing, the machine will do that for you. If you want hot froth, it takes a while (I've not timed it, but I'll put it at about 3 minutes. I have a Jura espresso maker, so I wait to make the espresso until the ... MoreIt froths well. I like that this is cute and small and does not take up a lot of space, yet makes enough foam for 6 cups (and i used minimum amount of milk). Makes nice thick foam. And the best part is it is stainless steel inside, not the Teflon-like non-stick coating. I did not try to warm the milk yet, but frothing works perfectly.
Easy to use ,looks nice and sturdy, The best thing about it is temperature settings: you can whisk it cold or warm or hot. Super easy to clean.But very noisy and it goes on and on and on .I have an old Electrolux milk frother which is so quiet and quick , but no temperature settings and it does not heat the milk that well.
Have had this model Jura frother for years and decided it was time to replace it. Tried another brand first but nothing works like this one! Almost called to complain about the the squeaky whine when frothing but fixed it with a spray of coconut oil on the bottom of the disk.
Great frother. Easy to clean. Works on all types of milk every time.
Bought it last year, stopped working properly after a couple of months. Took it back to the store, gave me a brand new one same thing happened. Warranty is now over. Happened to my neighbour as well with exact same product. I do not recommend
