Thus was a replacement for our broken Giga 6 (I didn't want to get it repaired again). The Giga 10 does the job, is quieter, and the screen is much better. However, there are a few major flaws.The settings screen is hidden at first glance w/o the radial button previously on the Giga 6. Something to get used to. The Giga 10 only has one milk spout. This removes the ability to create two of the same drink at the same time if milk is needed. Most importantly to me is the dumbing down of drink sizes. The Giga 10 uses small, medium, large, etc. The Giga 6 used specific measurements in ounces (oz) in 1/2 increments. My coffee cup holds 10 oz. I'm still trying to figure out how many oz an XL is, how many an M is. Looking back, I wish I bought the Giga 6 again.

I got GIGA 10 and I tried to set it up on May 22th. However, in the process, the machine wodld not recognize the drip tray (The screen said "Drip tray not fitted") even when I put it in. Upon further inspection, I noticed a part of the drip drawer was broken.I spent $5000 on this machine! It was very this appointed. How it was shipped without quality inspection.I emailed to them BUT never get back any response yet. I tried call on the phone 1-800-220-5701 lots of times, They never answer!!!I have been using Z7 for 3 years. It was happy to use it. No any problems at all!I don't recommend JURA at allBut, I don't recommend this bad quality inspection and customer service.

Just got this machine and it makes THE best coffee Ever. Coming off the Z10 we needed a dual grinder as my wife is on decaf only so having the option for both on one machine is incredible. The Large screen makes this future proof. I cant wait to dig into the custom settings.

The Jura Giga 10 makes a great cup of coffee. It makes it just the way you like it. It makes it quickly and neatly. We just love this machine. Yes, it's expensive but when you take it out of the box and it a try it out, you understand why it's top rated. 1stINCOFFE was easy to deal with and quick to ship. We'd recommend them too!
Hey if you want simple but the best espresso, this machine is the must to get for you daily coffee. But you need to get cleaning stuffs such as milk cleaning table and one of those cleaning tablet. If you store milk in refrigerator don't need milk cooler but you need milk jar, maybe not even...enjoy if you get.
Saw this machine at my local Williams Sonoma and they were able to make me a sample of a cold brew Flat White. It tasted so good (better then my local place), and I just new I had to get one! We had a 10 year old JURA that still works well, but I am going to give that one to my brother as a gift so I can start making Cold Brew with the GIGA 10! I am still trying all the different options because it makes so many different drink options. So far my favorite is the Espresso and the different Cold brew milk drinks! It's also nice to have the 3 panel display. Makes everything very simple to make and understand. Two grinders is also nice so my Husband can use his DECAF. We are a JURA family for life!
I got my GIGA 10 on May 8th. It is leaking coffee stained water all over my counter ruining everything on my count. I would think for $5000.00 Jura could make a coffee machine that works. I would save yourself the hassle and not get this and avoid this one. I purchased the GIGA 10 because the touch screen stopped working on my GIGA 6 after 3 years. I have already had to send in my GIGA 6 for repairs. The quality of Jura is not there. Look at other coffee machine manufacturers.
My husband bought me this machine to replace our GIGA 8. I enjoyed seeing the looks on peoples faces when I told them he bought me a coffee machine for Mother's Day. When they heard the price, their faces changed ...lol. We just love it. It has been a challenge trying to figure out how to program the different coffees and then save what we did. Once we figured it out, it was a bIt a a breeze. I didn't know we needed different water filters for this machine, and couldn't figure out why the filters from the GIGA 8 didn't work here. Now we have a stock of the other filters, live and learn. I highly recommend this machine. It definitely is getting its use this in this house.
