This figurine has totally added to our dinosaur fun! My boys love Jurassic Park/World movies and have a vast collection of dinosaurs and this has been a great addition. The toy is a bit bigger than their hands but fits perfectly in ratio sizing to the other dinos they have. The entire figurine is solid Plastic and has great detail and painting that will last for a long time! I can’t rave about this enough!

I want to say that the greatest pleasure for me was the excitement on my son’s face when he was opening the box for the Baryonyx. However, I have no problem admitting that I was just as thrilled (and probably a tad bit more)! As a huge dinosaur lover, I have been elated that more Jurassic Park movies have been developed and, consequently, more toys!! While I don’t mind playing with my son when he grabs for his Anime stuff, the kid in me really enjoys playing dinosaurs with him (again, I admit this proudly)! This Baryonyx is an absolutely magnificent addition to the collection of dinosaurs that I was able to pass on to him, and it travels with us everywhere (and I do mean everywhere – he will stick it in his pocket like no one else can see that a dinosaur is, literally, protruding out of his pocket. It’s cute and ridiculous at the same time). This Baryonyx is in a close second to the Mosasaurus, but the latter is so big that it is next to impossible to carry around similarly. Overall, the Baryonyx’s quality of construction is superb, and I am hopeful that it will have a long life, like my mid-90s Velociraptor! Another great creation, Mattel! Thank you!

Like all the Hammond collection, this is a fun addition with all the expected articulation and art deco. I’m not sure about others but mine had some QC issues with a bit of broken plastic right before the tail area. So that was a bit disappointing. I ordered it online so I did not get to look at it in hand before purchasing. As these are now pretty much sold out and being sold by third-party sellers you won’t have much choice.

This dinosaur is a great addition to my sons Jurassic World collection. It is highly detailed and a great size. The articulation is better than any that have come out so far. It moves so smoothly that you can tell this is a higher quality toy. My son was disappointed however, that there was no scan code on the bottom of the dinosaurs foot that he could use to play the game like most Jurassic World dinosaurs have, but that would not discourage me from purchasing this again. Overall a great piece! I look forward to seeing what other dinosaurs the Hammond collection ads.
This is a must-have toy for any dinosaur lover. It's a realistic looking and quality made toy, which makes it great for a wide age range. My youngest loved it. He tends to play a little rough with his toys but this is a durable item so that's a plus. Overall it's a quality toy that promotes imaginative play and is a great addition to a dinosaur lover's collection.
My son loves dinosaurs so I got him this Baryonyx. He has the older dinosaurs too but this new Hammond collection one is so much more fun to play with. My son loved that they're were so many joints/areas that moved. This dinosaur is easy to pose and move and the material is a softer plastic and not at all like the hard plastic that we often see. It's an excellent toy in terms of quality, especially if your kid loves dinosaurs. It doesn't make noise (which I think is great) and my son prefers it that way too but just something to know.
Excellent articulation and paint, the rubber tail with bendy wire is a nice feature too. However on one of my figures the ankle joint was fused to the plastic, limiting the articulation. I ordered a replacement and the newer one didn’t have this problem. Without the quality control issue I give this five stars for the great paint and articulation, the box art is nice to look at too. I’d recommend this to collectors and kids alike.
This figure has a great sculpt and very serviceable articulation. The paint is done well and the size is good too. I bought 2 of them and the main issue was the quality of the materials. The brittle plastic of the body causes issues during assembly apparently. One of the arms on mine fell off out of the package. The way it's held into the body is with three brittle plastic flaps that seem easily broken during assembly. The other copy I purchased had a stuck upper jaw that would not fully articulate. It felt like it was fused at the hinge. It's a great toy to own, but only if you get a good copy.

I am a hard core Jurassic world collector, I've spent nearly 5grand on jurassic world toys alone. this one yes with a very good sculpt and with the amount of articulation it has is mazing but the main issue is balance. I've always been picky about this ever since the disaster of 2015 when Hasbro made the Jurassic figures and not mattle. good toy but not good enough for me. still going to buy multiple though.
