I bought this when it first released from Smyths. Awesome toy, one of the best from the line. I prefer this paint job to the thrash and throw and super colossal. Quite a big toy for the price too. Belongs in any collectors collection. Superb service from the store as well.

Broke after less than a month. Tail will make the T-Rex roar, but the mechanism that made the mouth open no longer works. Unfortunately that was the favorite part of the toy for my son since it mimiced the pose the T-Rex does in the newest movie. Wouldn’t waste $5 on this junk again.

Purchased for Christmas for my 2 yr old. Ordering and shipping was fast and easy! The toy is great quality, I have shopped many dinosaurs over the last few months and this toy for the price you can't beat. Its sturdy design and looks like it will withstand a 2 yr old. Very happy with the purchase and the price of this toy.
Very sturdy dinosaur toy with realistic features. My 3 year old son loves it and we ended upGoing back to get two more in the collection for his Easter basket. Usually the dinosaurs this size have a noise-making feature and I actually like that this doesn’t because it’s nice for extended play which is hard to do with the noisy ones. I would definitely recommend this toy.
My little kid got this one back in december, we went to target to find a gift for my older kid and she grabbed this dino and didn’t let go, I was surprised at how well the sculpt was that I decided to research if they had more as now my older kid was begging to get another one. We looked for the spinosaurus everywhere to no luck but thanks to that we saw all the other dinos mattel made and in the last month we got most of them. As for this figure, it’s very durable, a great paint job and the feature makes it really stand out. The only issue would be with the feet, it was fine till maybe a month ago but then the left feet started to feel lose, it’s very lose now but it’s not impossible to pose her. All in all isna great product and I’m glad Mattel brought all the ... Very nice and sturdy toy. Every details are made with near perfection. My son is very happy with this Toy. He had other same size Dinasour toys too but problem with them is that they sound way too loud and their tail keep getting detached. With this toy both of these problems are resolved. Price is also very reasonable.
I just brought this for my daughter for her 13th birthday, she absolutely loves dinosaurs and collects them. She says that she loves this product and it’s one of the best dinos she has! The jaw opens nice and wide and the button is in a good place, thank you Smyths!
I picked this toy up earlier today and it is amazing. Most dinosaur toys are fairly expensive (especially T-Rex - and other carnivores) but this was cheap for a carnivore so I bought it. It is great, just dont make the same mistake i did and hold the bottom of the jaw while pressing the button and think it doesnt work for the first half hour XD. Seriously though, if you dont have a T Rex toy, buy this one.
My 7 year old grandson likes this dinosaur so I am giving it 4 stars. But I think it should be a little smaller size. It is quite big and a little hard to handle for the kind of playing he does. There is a storage problem what with all the other dinosaurs in the house so I felt guilty about adding another big one to the rest.
