Bought this for my wife as she is loves this product and a keen avid Jurlique customer. She uses it after cleansing/exfoliating and before she applies the moisturiser and serum. Her initial use of this product is that this activating water is very hydrating. She applies a small amount on her hands and then applies onto her face; leave it a moment before applying serum. Even our little daughter loves the feel of this product on her skin. The product smells amazing, vibrant and very natural earthy smell. After applying on her face she comments that she feels fresh and looks a lot brighter and more radiant. Great product with natural ingredients!!!

Amazing amazing product, smell is great, texture is awesome, Love Love Love this. Texture is a bit heavier than water, thanks to a few thickeners in the product. Goes on like a thickish water that feels a bit sticky after a second then melts into your skin. The smell is amazing then on goes your favorite moisturizer and the Jurlique face oil if you want to do the complete skin care routine. I was actually super bummed when I went to order this and only the small bottle was available. When I got it and started using it, I was SUPER SUPER bummed because I could just use this on my face during the day for a pick me up, it's lovely.

I've used this beautiful Activating Water Essence for a number of years, it's smells divine and its just so silky.Absolutely loved it. However, in saying that, I decided to trial another brand (some 12 months ago) just for a change. I was not impressed at all with the other brand and needless to say couldn't wait to start using the Jurlique Water Essence. I will continue using this product.

I trialled this new essence after enjoying the previous one. I was dismayed to find that the ingredients were significantly changed - many of the original extracts were removed, and instead the new essence appears to have a lot more rose and lavender extract and fragrance. As such I did not enjoy using this, and I did not feel my skin was more hydrated. I feel that this is more suited as a perfume/aromatherapy mist than as a nourishing essence. There are more beneficial and affordable alternatives out there. Jurlique seems to prioritise scent than true skincare, which is odd considering this is a rapidly evolving industry. This is quite sad as I was glad to support Adelaide-made products.
One of my favourite Jurlique products. Mum and I both use it, she has dry skin, and mine is combination skin. Scent is heavenly. Only dab 4 drop onto the skin prior to applying my moisturiser. Skin looks so healthy and hydrated. Biggest size is most economical. Very recommended.

I felt so embarrassed and diminished. At my age now I can say without a doubt I’m feeling so much better about how my face looks.Thank you for the love and care you provide in your products. The one product I will not go without!I received my first AWE as a gift sample and thought WoW ..paying for water?..One use and I’ve never gone back..it is calming, moisturising and promotes absorption of all other products. It’s the best thing to put on your face after cleansing.It also lasts for ages and so is very economical. I decant from the large glass bottle into the smaller plastic one as it’s easier to travel with ( and I did drop one full size bottle once 😢)
Love this product. Wakes my skin in the morning and helps extend the use of my other products. Tones and moisturisers. Has become part of the staples family. Not sure why I don't get samples anymore with my mail orders. I live far from jurlique outlets, so the samples usually offered with mail orders is my only way to try new products plus nice reward for being a 15 yr loyal customer.
