Does not do what is says it will do. The ad clearly states this will “retain steering wheel controls and onstar†. It does not. The stereo itself is nice but the installation kit/witing harness foes not include the additional modules needed for these functions. I had to go out and spend another $40 just for the steering wheel controls to work. Also, the wiring harness they sent would need to be repinned in order to line up with my vehicles factory wiring. (The listing clearly shows my year/make and model vehicle in thei compatibility list. I will be contacting the seller for reimbursement. Beware of these issues if you decide to buy

Bought my JVC radio this morning and can't be more impressed. The tech at ABC Warehouse was very helpful and knowledgeable after installing my radio. This radio system has it all. Great sound, lots of features. Not to mention the really cool light display. The wife caught me in the dark listening to great music and admiring the awesome lights on it

Great bluetooth connection for phone calls, I don't think it diplays texts. Has an auto answer for phone calls, which is super smooth. Overall a very good usb, cd, fm radio, bluetooth unit.
Outstanding sound. 22 RMS will not disappoint you. Great stereo for the price. Bought 2 of them. Gotta keep the music mobile.
I recently installed a JVC KW-R930BTS unit into my '98 Ranger. As of now, it has performed as I had hoped. The music quality is good. I believe it was a very good choice.
This head unit seems to come with a built-in DSP (digital signal processor). That's a big plus for anyone looking to fine tune their sound for optimal performance. Anyone who's used a dsp before will recognize the same settings when they play with this unit. It has decent power output, tons of adjustments, and different color schemes. The only complaint I have is the colors are not too bright, so on a bright Florida day I can barely see what station I'm on.
I bought this stereo a couple months ago for my 2012 F150 and its been a pretty good unit so far. Sound is good! Hooked up 2 polk audio amps and 2 polk audio 8” subs off it and its puts out some good sound and bass. My only issue is it takes abit for the bluetooth to connect to my iphone for music playback, other then that I’m pretty happy with it.
I've always been a pioneer guy but I figured I'd try this JVC and it definitely makes a huge difference in sounds quality! Takes a lil time to figure out how to use, has alot of settings, which is also a good thing. Overall I'm happy with it in my 2015 F-250.
i got the double din deck within a week. i hooked it up execelent sound always loved jvc decks but this one is the best so far.awesome with the thirteen band eq built in.
