I bought this on a whim as the car I’d just bought has blocked sunroof drains - I didn’t know about this until there was a huge puddle in the car. Typically it’s been heavily raining since and I’ve not been able to unblock the drains.So I bought the WD2 Plus from Argos as it was cheaper at £60 and picked it up the next day. Honestly I wasn’t expecting much from the machine but anything was going to help at this point remove the puddle from the car. In fact, it done a brilliant job!It’s has since again rained and this morning the machine removed another 5 litres of water from the footwell, but being half asleep at the time I attached the hose to wrong outlet and blew the water everywhere - I didn’t realise the machine had a blower feature but can testify that it ... I'm very happy I bought this wet/dry vacuum. This vacuum has been fantastic at picking up sawdust and other dirt as I've been remodeling my home. It came with an easy-to-read manual and was simple to set up and use. It is quite nicely made and includes a filter, a filter bag, and attachments. You can also use it to blow, and it has a fairly strong suction. The power outlet is a convenient feature, especially if you want to use it in your shop where you can plug in tools. It is semi small enough to store easily, and the attachments have a spot to attach them to. The cord can be held in place by a hook, and the hose can be kept in place when not in use by a clip. I could not be any happier with this wet/dry vacuum. I have been re-doing my shop set up and this vacuum has been great at getting up sawdust and other debris. It was easy to set up and operate as well as it included an easy to read manual. It is very well built and comes with attachments, filter and a filter bag. It has a really good suction and you can also use it to blow as well. I like the yellow and black color and the overall design of the vacuum. The power outlet is a nice feature especially when using this in your shop as you can use it plug in a tool. The vacuum is lightweight and has wheels so you can roll it where ever you need it. I am a fan of Karcher and I do own a Karcher WD 3 vacuum cleaner that I bought about 10 years ago. It is still going strong with no issues. I needed another vacuum cleaner, so of course I went for Karcher, only this time I chose WD 2 Plus. I decided the old one would go to a workshop and the new one would be for house cleaning.Oh boy, I'm appalled by the poor quality and cost-cutting across the board.- In the third time of use (roughly 3rd week after purchase), the rubber piece in the head brush broke (see pictures).- Last week (roughly 3rd month after purchase), one of latches broke off (the latch that holds the top part and canister together), so now the handle cannot be used and taking the appliance upstairs and downstairs is a challenge.- Overall, everything ... These pieces make it easy to switch from cleaning the garage and shop floor, to cleaning the interior of our cars, to sucking up water from a leaking pipe in the basement. Our old wet/dry vacuum had some limitations, which I know comes with age, but I am not sure that our "name brand" vac ever worked this well. So, this one is pretty loud, even compared to our old one. That's something I guess isn't a huge deal because you don't necessarily expect it to be quiet but I thought it was worth a mention.The vacuum works quite well, but the hose doesn't reach well into corners. I like to stick the hose under the work bench to get all the grossness that piles up back there and it is nearly impossible to get all the way to the wall because the opening of the tube it too wide. Our old one has and angled mouth on it so it could reach into the corner. Otherwise, as far as sucking power, this vac is pretty awesome. Haven't used it for wet ... Kärcher's wet/dry vacuum replaced our old one with no second thoughts at all. I am loving this one, because check out that 5.3 gallon container it has! Incredibly practical, this way I don't have to constantly empty it. Suction is great, thanks to the 1100 watt motor. Comes with a filter that mounts right up top, talk about convenience. The hose is 7.5 feet long. Color's a smiley yellow. All the hose nozzles neatly stored in their dedicated spots on the vacuum so I got what I need with me at all times. Listen if I am willing to handle our wet/dry vacuum instead of assigning my husband to it 100% - that says a lot about how incredibly easy it is to use without getting deep in grime, thanks to the thoughtful design. Absolutely happy with this one.
