Arrived very quickly and in a really nice box! It’s my first time trying out this serum after scouring tons of reviews so I’m hoping this can help to reduce the large amount of hair fall I’ve been experiencing lately. Been using the serum daily for a couple of days now so I can’t say much about its effectiveness since I feel not much has changed yet, but I can say that it doesn’t leave the hair oily after application which is great. Plus, it smells insanely good! \n\nDo concur with the other reviewers that the box does seem excessive considering I only bought 1 product, I appreciate that the product was protected well but maybe a smaller box would’ve been better 🥹

I can’t recommend this product enough. I have been struggling with hair loss due to alopecia and I have bold patches. When I was washing my hair, I’d get clumps of hair coming out. Since using this product, my hair loss has reduced significantly which I’m absolutely surprised at. I would highly recommend this product, it smells gorgeous. It’s reduced my hair loss and it feels much more healthier. Yes it’s expensive but it’s well worth it. I use a few drops every night and I’m about a month in and I’ve only used a quarter. I definitely plan to continue to use this for the foreseeable future,

I recently tried the Kérastase Genesis Serum Anti-Chute Fortifiant and I can't say I am pleased with the results. The serum is lightweight and absorbs quickly into my hair. It helps to strengthen my hair and reduce hair fall while using it. It also leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. The serum is easy to use, just apply a small amount to the scalp and massage in. It's also safe to use on colored or chemically-treated hair. The packaging is also very convenient as it comes in a pump bottle that makes it easy to dispense the right amount of product. It also smells really nice. However when I've stopped using it (because my bottle finished), my hair started to fall again. It's a quite expensive product so I wouldn't expect this to happen! Disappointing...

It gave me dandruff for the first week but after I changed what products I used. I brought this about a month ago, I have already finished the bottle, I find it has a really nice smell, but that’s it. It makes hair more oily, and I don’t wash my hair everyday. I’m needed to wash it every 2nd day with this. I also find that it’s not helping with hair fall. I also use the heat protectant spray and the complete set, shampoo and conditioner. I have not seen any results for hair fall. I have always sworn by kerastase more for healthy looking hair. But if your like me, it defiantly doesn’t help with hair fall.
this serum addresses hair fall concerns from the root. I have to admit, I used this for almost two weeks straight, consistently applying every night before I go to sleep. And then I stopped. Why? Because I didn’t “feel” any difference. I just thought that my hair looked good from the conditioning effects of the other products but I still got some hair fall so was it really working? Apparently it is, because during that two week period, I noticed that my husband wasn’t waking me up with the vacuum. And it quickly resumed after I stopped applying the serum. So I continued using the serum for another two weeks and that’s when I started to notice the changes happening in my hair. My hair felt stronger and it looked fuller.
