Every time I open the bag my mom gags and gets her hands dry, but it's my favorite stink! If I could roll in, I would, but I'd only have it as a kibble or training snack. I'm a blue staffordshire english and my vet thinks the reason I've never had skin allergies like a lot of blues do is because I eat stinky stuff. My favorite is wet tripe in a can because it smells even worse!

Great Supplement for Picky Eaters

Although our Shiba Inu Suki loves the lamb more than the beef, she loves this one as well. Our baby girl actually got diagnosed with kidney disease earlier this year & she is very picky about eating her kibble now. However whenever I add a few broken up pieces by hand of either the beef or lamb, to her kibble she gobbles it up. It's extremely important for her to have a balanced diet & the kidney diet is very bland, but thankfully this product has helped her stay healthier while enjoying both her wet & dry foods. Two dogs. One is Jack Russell x Schitzu the other is Schutzu. I put this through the blender and sprinkle it as a topper on the dogs breakfast biscuits. THEY LOVE IT ❤️

K9 Natural Beef Green Tripe Booster

Great product for our Labrador who started eating his own poop if it wasn't picked up straght away. He stopped doing this once we added this product to his food as a topper. Goes quite a long way serving it this way and does the job!

Miraculous addition for a SUPER picky eater

I have an incredibly picky poodle. She would eat every third day, and even then, would not clean her bowl. I tried everything, including home cooked. Nothing worked. I added a small amount of this (like 3-4 pieces) to her regular food (dog food), chopped it up, mixed it in and she nearly licks the bowl clean. I can't believe it. Be warned, it smells horrid, but when I opened the bag, the dogs came running, so it only smells horrid to humans. Plus, both dogs have relatively sensitive stomachs. We are on day three and they are both tolerating it well.

My 4lb dog is unable to eat this food. He has allergies. After eating one meal, the next evening we were in the emergency room till 4 AM. He started pooping bloody diarrhea. Any way about 3.5 weeks and about $800+ later and still having issues up to this date 1-2-2019. Having said this, it may or may not be from the food. All I can say is my last order of food and treats is not WORKING for my dog, sadly. I did research on this order of foods & treats. I ordered them because there did not seem to be any ingredients in them that would cause my dog to scratch a lot. I was wrong, unfortunately.I wish someone could make a hypoallergenic food for dogs with allergies and put them in small trial size with 1/4 inch X 1/4 inch kibble for small dogs to eat.

I am absolutely blown away with the dehydrated green tripe! I have an old girl who has CKD who is experiencing some decreased appetite. After reading numerous articles on green tripe I decided to give the green tripe topper a try since I have read that once frozen trip is defrosted it smells horrific. I opened the bag and my girls nose literally started twitching and she kicked her mouth. I put a few granules on her food and she went right after it. It has an "earthy" smell to it but, not strong but, it apparently enough to entice my girl to eat. Prior to getting the tripe topper I would literally sit at her dish and put small amounts of food on my finger to try and hand feed her. Not tonight. She helped herself to her dinner. Something changed … for the worse

My very picky Siberian Husky used to love this stuff. If he was being picky with his food, I’d crumble and sprinkle this on top and that would make him eat his meal. When I opened the last bag I bought a couple or so months ago, it was lighter in color. I thought “uh oh.” I was right. He doesn’t like this last bag. So as not to waste my money, I now need to hide this within all the other products I use to make up his daily meals so he’ll eat it. What happened to batch 6210834 07:18 packed on 16SEP2021 BEST BEFORE 16SEP2023?

Thank goodness for Freeze-dried!

After I tried some Green tripe treats I decided to look for a better, more stable source of green tripe for my pup as the treats were tiny and I wasn't sure he was getting the amount he needed. Everywhere I looked I only found Green tripe in raw form, which is good, but from what I have heard about the smell I did not think my entire family would be able to take it. When I found K9Natural it was a gift from heaven, my pup loves these boosters. The smell is stronger than it was on the treats (I see that as a good thing fyi) and you can only smell it if you get in close but boy am I happy that I didn't go for the fully raw version, I am now 100% sure I was not going to be able to handle that stink on full power. We love this product

We add this as a topper to his meals and it is very compelling for them and encourages our pup to eat when he might have an off day. Make sure you add hot water to the nuggets prior to serving them and let them soak a few minutes. Much more digestible that way.
