We bought 2 packs today. On both packs there's a long strip of sticky tape to hold the notes in place. Impossible to remove without leaving very sticky residue on the back of the paper notes. One of the notes became damaged in the process.

Wish I'd read a review before buying. This product is terribly packaged. There's a strip of sticky tape along the back of the PAPER notes to hold them together so when you take it off it rips the money. There goes 1/4 of the notes.
