Kaged Muscle, Citrulline, Unflavored, 200 G

This is an amazing product if you want to add that extra boost in your workout. It's great for sustaining energy and achieving an amazing pump durring your workouts. I have used this product for many years and it always works beautifully and never let's me down. I love kaged muscles supplements because they are all pharmaceutical grade powders that are derived using ethical methods. If you want to up your workout game and push yourself in your workouts then I definitely recommend trying this powder.

I switched to Kaged Muscle L-Citrulline because it's pure and has no fillers. Also, because it has no fillers it takes less powder to get a proper dose. It dissolves very well in my morning beverage (mostly water) and adds twist of citrus taste to the result. If you go with a water base like I do, you might need other things to add to the water to balance out the taste. For me it's Sports Now L-Arginine (balances the taste well), glycine, NAC, NMN, D-Mannose powder (adds a little sweetness) and a few drops of grapefruit seed extract and a few drops of a Barlow Herbal. The price is reasonable as well.

Energized × Focused

Having never taken citrulline before, I went in with no expectations except wanting a different pump than I typically experience from a pre-workout. Post-COVID I am back to training consistently and wanted a game changer to my training.I have found that when I pair the Citrulline with the Hydra-Charge product, I have an enhanced ability to be more focused and energized throughout my day and even partially, throughout my workouts. This product is unflavored. So far, I've used it consistently for the past two weeks and am satisfied.

Great Product! Measurement is inaccurate

This is great product! I feel the difference when I take it. The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the measurement spoon they provide. A rounded scoop yields 1.8grams not 2g like the tub states. A regular scoop that's bless rounded is around 1.3-1.5. I've weighed it various times with the same conclusion. If you are going to put 1 rounded scoop is 2g. Then make sure the measuring scoop you provide yields that amount.

I've taken other brands with other supplements added. This one is strait citrulline. I took 2 scoops the 1st time and then 3 the next. Definitely had a better result with 3 scoops. Either way it will last for awhile which is a big benefit price wise. I would recommend this product. Thanks.

Ive been using this product

Ive been using this product for a while, so I decided to compare a 6g and 8g dose to 6g of Super Beets. I bought Berkeley Nitric Oxide test strips to verify results. At 1 hr after dose all 3 showed slight elevations in NO levels, same level after 2 hours. At 4 hrs the super Beats was still at the same slight increase as 1 hr. The 6g Citrulline elevated more at 4 hrs and the 8g Citrulline dose at 4hr was higher yet. However according to the test strips even the 8g dose at 4hrs only put me at an average NO number. I dont know how my digestive system etc may effect this, but I do recommend getting test strips to verify results. Im going to try a SuperBeets/Citrulline combo next and try another brand of test strips.

L citrulline

L citrulline i have noticed taking constantly does help with vascularity and have noticed improved endurance. I feel like i can breath alittle easier during high intensity cardio intervals. I feel like when doing cardio i have noticed i can sprint or go faster at a longer pace. I only give it 4 stars because i generally prefer citrulline malate is better as a preworkout and alittle better during workout however citrulline malate is harder on my stomach. I notice l citrulline is better taken twice daily and everyday and i notice better cardio sessions within the first week. The effects are less noticable right away compared to a full nitric oxide supplement but i feel overtime its better because its cleaner feeling without junk.

Not working as expected

In the past I used Citrulline by another manufacturer. It's initial impact was great and I started getting hard morning woods with a few days of its use. However, the impact gradually diminished but I could feel the difference. I still had hard erections especially after doing the gym.Then I thought of trying the Kaged product. Unfortunately, the result was insignificant. Though I haven't gone to the gym after taking Kaged Citrulline to see if it helps in increasing my performance but it had no to very little impact in getting morning wood and hard erections. Poor packaging!

The product is good but the packaging sucks! Always getting stuff that’s been opened. I’ve been ordering from different places for years and have never had so many problems with packaging like I’ve had with Kaged. I wish you would have better quality control on your packaging. Packaging is important to just like the product that’s inside.

Replaced BP Medication

I used to be on blood pressure medication, and the prescription was not doing a great job at controlling my blood pressure. Doctors kept wanting to increase the doses until something worked. I would often be back in stage-2 hypertension within 12 hours of taking the medication. I decided to give citrulline a try instead and found it effective at controlling my blood pressure and consistently keeping it in healthy ranges. Kaged citrulline works so well that I was able to stop taking the blood pressure medication and replace it with daily citrulline.
