I first had it in Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Spicy, sweet, tropical - different to other chilli sauces. The kiwifruit does a wonderful trick of making you think the habaneros are fruitier than they are. Can't get enoughif this stuff. A few drops on poached eggs for a weekend brunch...oh my. Your day is humming...... Buy it.It lasts for ages and its great.

So I have a thing for green sauces ( and NZ) . Even though this has a big % of kiwi, it is not overly sweet but nicely balanced and soooo tasty. It is quite unique and I highly recommend it. I reach for it a lot and last night it paired beautifully with our mexican pulled pork tacos. The Kaitaia brand is always on the money.

From opening the bottle sauce, I notice intriguing familiar smell, which I can not pin-point. I believe it is of something pickled. You can hint the kiwifruit and slight sweetens after which comes heat, and it's ok. I would prefer more kiwi like taste, and less vinegary smell. If you like acidic smell then this sauce is for you.
My husband is addicted to Waha Wera. The flavour compliments many of our meals and is well appreciated when guests come to dine at home. Thank you ChilliBOM for making it easy for us to purchase it here in Australia!
Have been using these two sauces for over 25 years and are our favourites.They are made up north in Aotearoa where I’m from.
Very nice sweetness, backed up by some decent heat. It’s not the most versatile sauce around, but it really is exceptional on certain foods. Pizza (especially chicken), burgers, cheese, anything that is a bit salty that could do with a bang of sweetness and heat.
This is my absolute favorite hot sauce! I love the sweetness of the kiwi and the fruity heat of the habanero!So yummy!

Tried this one for the first time and it was good! Nice sweet taste with sour little hints - probably kiwi, and a good amount of heat. Definitively will be purchasing it again.
