These are very complete! I have bought different animo acid supplements before and when I read the label on these, I was impressed by how many different amino acids are listed here.
Solid amino complex. It has a good composition and I think almost anyone should supplement aminos in their diet to make sure they're getting the full spectrum. It adds a nice bump of protein and energy, too. Nothing wrong with that. Ingredients seem good and I have no issue with the quality of this product.
This formula is source of hydrolyzed (pre-digested) protein. Hydrolyzed Protein is created by "predigesting" intact proteins into a mixture of amino acids and smaller proteins.
As the health report indicates, I lack Aspartic Acid, Methionine and Serine while my son needs Alanine, Tryptophan and Arginine. However, this product composes and packages the ingredients mentioned above. We take this quality product three times a week as a diet supplement to maintain energy and muscle training. The only weakness is that the size is a bit too big for children to swallow.
