I ran across the many benefits of niacinamide on the Ray Peat forums. It's particularly good at balancing out the main hormones that often mess us up. Dr. Peat was recommending about 200mg per day, which turns out to be quite difficult to find at that dosage.I came across the KAL product, here on iHerb, and gave it a try. Perfect! It takes a bit longer to arrive, but I'm not looking for 500mg or 1,000mg servings. There's another product that's 100mg, but then I have to take two.I've also tried some of the other KAL products, as a result of this being my first try. They're all very good, and a quality product. Plus, niacinamide is the "non flush" version of niacin. And Dr. Peat particularly spoke about niacinamide. Not niacin.
I've found this useful for kids on the spectrum specially for ones struggling with OCD
