Totally satisfied with this heater so far. Puts out a good amount of heat even at lower settings, heat is better than my older ceramic heater, which is slightly larger and on a higher setting. Great little heater. Only thing I don't like is that to switch the heater off, you need to cycle through the modes on the remote (3 clicks on the remote, Hi, Auto, Off), unless I'm doing something wrong. Highly recommend.

Efficient bedroom heater

Perfect for warming my roomI pop it on in the morning before I shower, and by the time I am back in my room it is nice and warm. The oscillating feature is handy as I dont have a ceiling fan and this optimises the heat distribution. I have been using it for a few weeks and there is still a slight lingering plastic smell but its diminished a lot from when I first used it. Its pretty good quality for the price I think but you could probably find something cheaper that would do the job. Also the timer doesnt completely switch off the unit which is a bit of a shame.

Fan doesnt blow well, and the heater hisses all the time

It will heat a medium sized bedroom, has a remote, and is made by a decent company, so tick it does the job. But the fan doesnt blow well, if you sit in front of it you wont feel it, its as though the air is blown upward not outward. Also the power on process is stupid, you have to press power three times (every time) to turn it on auto. I feel there should just be an on/off switch. Also the unit hisses (coil whine). Its not too bad, but it kept me up at night in a silent room, so I returned it for the hiss alone.

Good but she stinks
19 August 2021

Don't pay RRP. Looks good but does stink when new. Mine still smells after two weeks of daily use. Think I'd rather one with a metal grill over the heat outlet rather than plastic. Is this off gassing good for me The remote is good and the digital temperature control is easier to use than old fashioned dials.

Heats a small room quickly but not great at regulating
29 June 2020

I really wanted a heater that would go on low and turn off and on as needed to a set temperature. It was sold to me as doing this, but it doesn't really. On high is the only setting you can temp regulate so it's pumping energy when you just wanted it on low. It will heat the room quickly, the set temp does work but you have to set it pretty low. Also you would expect that having a low setting would be quieter but it has the same noise output on low or high. Good if you have it next to you to switch on and off or to just take the chill off a room quickly.

Heats well but has a noise
22 July 2020

Heats very well and quickly. However unfortunately makes an electronic buzzing/whistling noise when left on standby. The standby mode was good as it displayed current room temp as well, however can't use this feature as the noise is too annoying. Also means I can't just switch the heater on with the remote, instead have to get up and turn on and off at the switch every time. I've already returned it for an exchange, however the new one makes the exact same noise so just seems to be an inbuilt issue with this heater.

Loud bang second time I used it - never again!!
30 May 2021

Sadly this device looked good on the shelf, worked fine first time I used it but second time it let out a very loud bang that frightened the heck out of me and then stopped working - I haven't had time to return it yet but will be doing so tomorrow. Very disappointing and I would be very reluctant to buy another similar product as there was no apparent reason for it to fail.

Lovely Warmth
7 July 2022

I bought this hoping it would warm my 70 sq.m area. and it does. I am amazed at how quickly the area warms up and I can either leave it on low or use the auto system. I love the small size and that it can be put out of sight when not using it.

Smell of plastic
15 August 2022

The heating abilities of this product are quite well. A lot of disadvantages and the main of them is the smell. It spreads this smell of plastic even when it is switched off and cold. The next disadvantage is the remote control. You cannot see what are you doing and adjusting with the remote controller without looking at the screen on the heater. You should come to the heater and watch the screen. The remote control is useless. At least in this condition.

Tiny but mighty!
7 August 2022

I had read reviews that said it warmed their living room and hoped it could help with my living room which did not have a door to the hallway. Its great and brought my 18*C room to 22-23*C quite quickly! Definitely recommend this one! Great heater!
