We have a large washer at work but I do a lot of cleaning at home, mostly cars but also large areas of paving. This washer is just right for my needs, the only feature it doesn’t have is steam cleaning but I can go to the workshop for that. Otherwise it does everything the big washer does and equally as well without being huge. The hose reel is a must have, I nearly didn’t bother and that would have been a huge mistake.The next question on the review site is “would I recommend this product to a friend”, I don’t need to, they all bring their cars here.

Bought my HDS5/11 in Aug 2016, end of 2016 the jet wash pipe had to be replaced as did the hosereal seals (not covered under warranty either) then months later its had the glow plug and igniter replaced and now its totally konked out and needs a new motor. All suppliers say stay away from this machine and i wish i did the same.
