The unit performs well, however this unit does not have the same functionality as overseas units. I.e. You CANNOT download the Karcher app from the app store (not even available, and Karcher do not intend on releasing here).So buyer beware - do NOT purchase this if you had intended to pair with your smartphone to control the features - it won't work!

I used the K7 for a couple of hours on concrete and paving areas, it lost pressure and started severely leaking water out of the base. I would not recommend this product.

The unit performs well, however this unit does not have the same functionality as overseas units. I.e. You CANNOT download the Karcher app from the app store (not even available, and Karcher do not intend on releasing here).So buyer beware - do NOT purchase this if you had intended to pair with your smartphone to control the features - it won't work!

Bought this just before Xmas. It’s a great unit except for three things;The handle is definitely not its strong point and will need careful handling, which is not what you expect given this is not a low cost itemThe much promoted Blue Tooth/Smart phone App feature doesn’t work in NZ, it’s a total waste of moneyCustomer service from Karcher is a joke, two emails and two phone messages and I’m still waiting for a responseHad I known all this in advance I wouldn’t have bought this particular unit

K7 is a great water blaster. Long pressure hose saves you moving moving it and reel is handy. Can’t imagine you would need more power around the home and it’s powerful enough to blast loose grout and silicon from tiles and strip weak paint if you’re not careful. Very adjustable. A big and heavy unit though.

Item was easy to get going once I read instructions. Not as powerful as petrol karcher models but patio cleaner worked surprisingly well. Would be good if it came with adaptors to lengthen hose if requirerd etc. Hose winder works well but no easy spot to store power cord.
This is by far the best unit i have owned the power in it is enough for any job around the home be aware it will strip paint on things like the car however the adjustment features are easy to use by lowering the pressure at the touch of the electronic touch screen well worth the money
Great outdoor house cleaner , very powerful and cleans the cars in 5-10 minutes easy to pack away would recommend this product worth the money
