The aim with the Valegro Road Cycling Helmet (WG11) was to engineer a helmet with optimal levels of ventilation but without compromising on safety. To achieve this aim the Valegro is made using patented MIT Technology. MIT uses a polycarbonate shell fuzed to an impact-absorbing inner EPS liner. By directly joining the layers together shock absorption is improved. At the same time, this engineered solution has allowed Kask to give the Valegro 37 vents without effecting strength and protection. With it's highly vented design air is able to rush inside and warm, damp air easily exhausts to the rear. A highly breathable and quick-wicking interior pad system sees head to pad contact reduced by 70% facilitating even more airflow to your scalp, keeping you cooler as you turn up the power. WG11 Safety Test The Valegro passes the stringent WG11 test. This focuses on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With this safety test passed, you can be sure the Valegro has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your bike. Kask Octo-Fit The Kask Octo-Fit offers both excellent security and a precise fit. A rubberized Micro Dial adjuster provides an improved finger grip for adjustment. Floating cradle contact and supports are designed to oscillate freely through 180° allowing a perfect fit on any shaped head. The Skeletal Brackets of the cradle have been designed and refined to provide the best fit and support whilst being as light as possible. Resistex padding Fast-wicking and quick-drying Resistex padding draws moisture away from your head to keep you drier as your more intense efforts create heat and sweat. This works with the engineered airflow to boost all-ride comfort and the pads are washable to ensure freshness.
