It wasn't too horribly difficult to assemble this rack (but not easy either) but I'm doubting the price was a good value. The rack is a bit cheap in quality and I don't feel it was worth the price. I don't think it should cost more than $30 for this rack just based on the basic quality of materials and the time to assemble as well as wheels don't work too well.
