It’s sturdy and clear instructions. I love how you can have the hammock either way you just have to put it how you want it from the start. We have a large Rag doll x Mane ****, A large Scottish Fold x Bengal, A beautiful baby Mane **** still growing getting large and a beautiful small savannah x DSH they all find this such an awesome cat playground and they also have their own place to sleep on it however we had to buy a second as there were a few territory fights lol but love it never been more happy with a cat playground until now xoxo thank you

The customer service is excellent! The speed of delivery is also excellent! The quality of the post is fantastic! It took me an hour to assemble, which is a surprisingly short amount of time considering its size and weight. The instructions were super clear and easy to understand (and I'm not a DIY person.) I could assemble the post by myself, until it came to the top platform, which I needed someone else to hold it up while I lined up the screws. This is hands-down the best scratching post I have ever bought. You can feel the quality in the weight of all the pieces and how well everything is manufactured. Definitely worth every cent spent! I put it together myself despite my cats efforts to play with it at the same time. It would definitely be easier with 2 people however.My youngest cat loves it and plays all over it daily and uses the scratching posts to both scratch and play. My older cats like to sleep on the top platform or hide in the box at the base.I like it because it's good and solid with a stable base so when the cats leap on to it from the surrounding furniture it doesn't sway like their previous one did.I still have the original solid scratching post that I bought back in 1999 for my first cat (had to change the carpet on it of course) but I'm expecting to be talking about how I've had this Kazoo scratching post since 2021 in twenty years time as it seems of similar quality!

This tree is absolutely incredible!!!We have one fussy-butt cat. It doesn’t matter what we get for him, he is never impressed and turns his nose up and walks away, never to return. This includes wet food, toys, many types of beds and various trees to try out.This tree on the other hand, has won him over… Mind, Body and Soul. He was sniffing around, whilst I was building it; and it instantly captured his scrupulous heart.Thank you so much!! We have a very happy, content cat. FINALLY!!! It has only taken several years of trial and error, but he has been won over!! I’m so ecstatic!! I can’t thank you and recommend this tree enough… 100/10So very pleased
I had my order within 5 days. I honestly think these products are worth so much more then they are selling for. My cats haven’t left this playground since I set it up. The instructions are so clear, and easy to follow, which is amazing because of how big this playground is! My male cat lives in the hammock part, and my female cat has pretty much claimed the rest. I 110% recommend, I’m ordering a 2nd play house to have in my room, just one of the smaller ones.Thank you so much Kazoo Pet, I’m obsessed
I did expect it to be big, but i was shocked it was huge, i had stand on a chair to build the two top layers. my cats love it!! it fits all four of my cats perfeclty with two sleeping on the top, one in the hammock and the other in the bottom space. perfect if you have more than one cat. Its is pricey compared to my previous ones i purchased but its sturdy so i belive it is worth it in the long run espically if your cat likes to throw themselves on the scratch pole.
I was sceptical to buy this at first because it's quite expensive. But this is the best thing I purchased for my cat and I wish I had got it sooner!The quality of the material is amazing! It's very sturdy for my big boy cat who loves to swing off the sides and run and jump on it.As soon as I opened the box he started kneading the pillow and even fell asleep on it before it was fully put together.Definitely the best purchase and totally worth it!I do want to add that it does have a really nasty chemical smell to it when you first put it together. It only lasts about a week but it gave me a headache if I sat near it on the couch. I'm really sensitive to chemical smells so you may need to air it out first.
I have two cats. My birman Nutella is a very lazy cat who just sleeps wherever she wants to, most of the time on the grass next to my rubbish bin because she can’t be bothered climbing on the lounge. My ragdoll Loki loves to sleep under my blanket but I am always afraid that he is not getting enough air to breath. Since I got this for them they have been staying on it not only to sleep but to play. Nutella stays on the very top, she has claimed that spot, and Loki is where ever Nutella isn’t. They have not yet discovered that little hammock on the side, but hopefully they will as it looks as though it is so comfy to sleep there. This cat tree is huge. Top quality. And so much bigger than any other cat trees on the market. It is such a solid cat tree. Very easy to put together. It has so many spots for our cats to chill out on and has the ultimate cat bed up top that fits 2 easily. So spacious, our cats are loving it. Highly recommended!
Package arrived within 3 days of ordering, easy to put together. My large rag doll had become to big for her old tower so I decided to buy this one as she has a climbing pole from Kazoo and she’s obsessed with it. As soon as I started building it she was all over it. Climbed in the hammock the second it was finished and slept there all afternoon. She loves it. It’s heavy enough for her to climb up from any angle without it tipping. Looks beautiful, very well made. The only thing she dosent like is the cushions that go in the top bed and the cubby but I just removed them. Would love it if you could purchase seperate add ons for the towers, like the round basket bed etc. overall extremely happy.
