The ordered product was delivered as ordered and seemed like a well made product that would meet my needs. Having owned multiple pairs of Keen shoes, I had ordered the size (46EU) that I “knew” would fit. After trying them on it became clear that something was wrong - the shoes were way too small. A recheck of the web site confirmed this (although posted at the very bottom of the information provided) and that purchasers should size up accordingly. So they were returned at my cost and credited. However the story doesn’t end there. Mountain Designs don’t offer exchanges. The shoes are no longer on sale and close to 50% more expensive. Having been bitten once by sharp practice I am reluctant to jump again.

Whats not to like about Keen sandals? Cool in the heat, and comfortable when wet.
These really compliment so many of my Summer Linen Trousers, they are extremely comfortable and stylish, many people lockdown at them and I can see that they approve.
