I bought this cup to replace my husband's daily disposable paper cup. I chose the cork as I think this has a nicer feel under hand than plastic but also, this brand has a hard plastic lid which I prefer to soft silicon ones. I wasn't sure he'd like it let alone remember it. He loves it. Instead of detracting from his coffee, he says it has elevated it to much more of a ritual than he ever experienced using disposable cups. I think bringing your own cup already puts you into a higher state of mindfulness ergo, the coffee/tea experience itself can only be enhanced.

I have about a half-dozen of these. One of the attributes I like is that - compared to other glass coffee cups I have owned - they are relatively hard to break. I broke one upon dropping it from about waist high to the hard floor, but a number of times I've knocked them over on a counter and they have not broken (to date). I find that the Hario double-walled glasses are more prone to breaking. As other reviewers have noted, the coffee in these lose heat quickly. When I want to leisurely sip my coffee over an extended period, I go with the thermal version of these, which are great for that purpose.

I love this cup, seals very well and no leaks. Doesn’t change the taste of the coffee like the plastic cups. Stays warm for longer than a takeaway cup too! The lid is a little hard to get off the first time but it seals well so I can’t complain!

I always felt bad that I preferred the way coffee tasted in a paper cup. Every reusable cup I've tried either gave the coffee a metallic taste or was so tall that the foam of a latte would float and stay at the bottom of the cup when taking a sip. This cup is made out of glass so no metallic taste and it's the same size as an 8oz paper cup which is perfect! The only downside is that the lid is hard to remove, but it's good that it protects against spills.
Having used a medium sized KeepCup Brew for five years I was delighted with the new small size. Lighter, smaller and easier on the eye - what more could one wish for?The new design of lid (for all sizes, apps) makes it much less prone to leaks and the cork band is not only deeper, but also thicker. So far so good. Then one discovers it is a centimetre larger in circumference than the medium size - that cork band means it no longer fits properly in my car's cup holders (already a squeeze with the medium cup). Most disappointingly, however, is that my wonderful new small cup shattered into pieces within the first week. A two-foot drop onto the pavement while in my padded rucksack was all it took. A two-foot drop onto the pavement while in my padded rucksack was all it took. My older medium KeepCup broke only once in five years - when I fell on some steps on the Underground. It and it's replacement medium cup had taken everyday walking and rucksack duty in their stride (and it still does). As beautiful and wantable as it is, I fear this new small size is not made of the same tough material as it's predecessors. I shall buy another and try again, but this time it will be kept in a padded bottle holder for additional protection. Shall report back on my findings...
Great size for a medium coffee. Love watching the coffee mix through after it is served. And it has a comfortable cork handle comfortable. Lid very tight though. Wouldn't want to try and take it off while there's still coffee in there.
Nice keep cup, good to have something to put hot drinks in that isnt made of plastic. Liquid will leak from the top if the cup is turned sideway/upside down, so maybe look for a screw on lid if you want something completely sealable. It is not that well insulated, so coffee doesn't stay warm for long. Both not a problem for me but might affect some people.
A friend recommended this to me. Nice cup, doesn’t leak and perfect size. Very easy to clean. Does not keep coffee particularly warm, I would say about the same as a regular takeaway coffee cup, but that doesn’t bother me as I tend to drink coffee quickly. I have another metal insulated one for iced drinks. Being glass, this is more easily breakable than other portable mugs, but I do find it nicer experience to drink out of a glass instead of from plastic or metal. If you are particularly clumsy or have little kids around maybe go for something a little more robust. Purchased for a good price during a recent sale.
Love a glass keep cup - doesn’t affect drink taste and can see contents. Cork trim looks great and lid colour options are great too (easy to buy extra colours to mix up). Washes well in dishwasher even though they advise hand wash
Really disappointed with this item. I assumed this product would have a twist top like other reusable coffee cups. It does not. It actually has a really dangerous pull top! And it doesn't pull of easily. If you had to take the lid off for any reason with hot liquid inside you will get burned.
