Keezi Kids Toy Box Storage Chest White Wooden

Everything on your end was excellent. Quick delivery and good communication. However. I have to say the instructions, or complete lack of, are appalling. A few diagrams in microscopic size. Impossible to tell what screws etc. and no guidance as to how all the main screws worked. I was ready to throw it out the window.

This toy box is easy to build, light, capacious and looks absolutely fabulous. I would definitely recommend it as it is great value and quality for the price. Delivery was even less than the minimum 3 business days that were advised. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, there was a minor piece of damage to my toy box, but it is on the back and not obvious unless you are looking for it.

I’ve had this for a couple of weeks only and it’s already broken! The back of it is very flimsy. I don’t know if it’s due to the humidity that the materials have swelled and the screws from the lid actually came away from the lid, snapped off still attached to a thin piece of chip wood. We’ve put some more screws in it but it no longer has soft close and I don’t know how long it will last. Shame because it looks nice from the front.

A truly great buy! I bought this toy box as a storage container for my many bags of yarn to try to keep them safe from the marauding paws of my little poodle :) It works like a charm! No more filched balls of wool, no tangled messes trailing through the house and he has found less destructive ways to stay entertained. The chest is really well made, easy to put together and the parts all fit together with no gaps and no rough edges. I am seriously considering buying another one. Hubby made it more user friendly for my aged person by fitting a set of little wheels onto the feet so I can easily move it when needed. I'm more than pleased with the chest. 100% satisfaction for the purchase process, delivery and for the item.

Damaged, flimsy

Came with scratched paint and missing screws. The wood itself is thin and flimsy. Product is a 1/5, but Myer’s customer service was great. They gave a refund and offered to either pick up the item themselves or to just let me keep it—both choices being easy and convenient.

Love it

This toy box is what we have been looking for! It's not the largest, but surprisingly it fits heaps. The assembly process wasn't too difficult, did it all on my own. Really like the soft close mechanism, which reduces the chances of the lid smashing on my kids' fingers.The only critique is that the wood are quite thin. Hopefully the kids won't be too rough with it!

Rubbish - so disappointing

Bought this toy box online for my grandson as it was not available in-store. Looked great in the pics but when my son unpacked it to put it together it had multiple unacceptable faults. The faux vj panelling only went about 2/3 of the way across the front then petered out! Some of the pieces appeared to have been wrapped while the paint was wet - clearly the whole Quality Control Department was on leave the day this “Tidy Toy Box” was made!

Very unhappy and disappointed. All the screws broke when assembling and brackets holding the lid up pulled out of the timber when opened. Please note that the box wasn't used by a child for a toy box but by an adult for a storage box so was handled very cautiously. We had to buy new stronger screws to hold it together. We would never again purchase from Fantastic Furniture.

Worth buying

Great, solid little box which I am using to store blankets.. I’ve put together two now. Assembly directions were a bit confusing as you had to work it out from pictures and not text. A good size. I’ll buy more for more storage options.

nice looking

I have just had this delivered and have now assembled it. The parts and instructions are mostly logical and not too hard to assemble but the correct attachment of the spring hinge was tricky because the picture was so small. I had to play around with it and eventually got it. The material (wood) was only mdf and so as you screw in some parts the white coating splits a bit but it settles once the screws are tight. I would say, based on handling this product it would be good to use but not for heavy things. I wouldn't fill it with books for example. It's an attractive piece and is worth the money but is not going to be a lifelong item. I think it is going to scratch easily.
