This is the 2nd sandpit purchased whilst your company users Aramex freight company the 1st parcel was lost after a month in their warehouse 5th August & less then told on the 30th it had been lost.My second attempt thru Toyuniverse of 6th September and I'm back dealing with Aramex again and two more months of being mucked around by both companies now. Still nothing resolved nor any communications just generated emails. Not to mention my present for my granddaughter 5th birthday was on 16th August and each day for last 2 months she waits and waits.So be warned folks don't go there until they chase better freight handelers.NOT HAPPY JAN
I bought this sandbox a little over a year ago and it's great! My daughter plays in it practically every single day, and it's been wonderful for her. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the wood has cracked quite a bit. Not to the point where it's falling apart or anything, but the posts that hold up the canopy have cracks running up them. But we love this sandbox, would definitely buy it again if we ever move!
Fantastic product! It took my husband approx 2 hours to build this (with an electric screwdriver) and the kids love it! Really easy to put up! Good quality and my little one loves it! 3 bags of sand is plenty to fill. Really happy! :)
Planned to fly from NZ to meet my granddaughter for the first time at her 1st birthday. Covid spelt the demise of that plan so wanted to send her a decent present. Ordering online was easy if not logical. My daughter followed suit and I just shared the link to another grandma in NZ in the same situation. Sand pit is great size, sturdy and the shade cover is awesome.
The wood is very soft and the screws that hold the top on can easily become loose and come off. Not well made and the depth isn’t great the seats are ok but the cover that closes is on tiny hinges with tiny little screws. Great idea poor execution. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
