I have always loved Coco Pops, ever since I was a child in the 90s and now, my own children absolutely love them, too! I was so excited when they released this new flavour. We have tried the pink ones and loved them, these hazelnut ones are absolutely incredible! My toddler was a bit unsure and prefers the original but I really do enjoy this new flavour. I love the nutty flavour that it passes onto the milk. I love the pops that take me back to my childhood. I would recommend and buy again!

This is the first time I have tasted these. They taste good and they have 30% less sugar which is great. They taste so good and my younger son also loved it. I feel like they are light weight and the whole family can have them. They are chocolaty like normal coco pops. It’s a cereal I will be bring more often as my children and I like it. It has no artificial coulouring. There is also a little puzzle on the back for the children to do.

This is the worse cereal ever. Taste like crap. Why would you change something that has been so great for so long. I had trouble finding the cereal so when I found it I bought several cases of single serving bowls. Now I dont know what I'm going to do with it because it makes me want to throw up every time I tried to eat it. Very nasty!!!!!
I got these for myself, I love chocolatey cereals and love coco pops. What I didn’t realise was that inside the centre of the square cereal it actually contains chocolate, like solid chocolate bar chocolate. And it taste revolting, similar to a dark tasting chocolate. The rock shaped cereal doesn’t contain the solid chocolate in the centre but they also taste equally as disgusting.I wouldn’t have bought this cereal if I knew that. Way too sickly for a cereal. Don’t understand the need to put solid chocolate in the centre of an already chocolate cereal
Seriously, stop the world... I want to get off. They've now ruined what used to be the best cereal ever. They've reduced the chocolate, sweetness and cocoa content to the extent that the chocolatiness doesn't even cover the entirety of the coco pop any more. They're a manky-looking beige colour with the flavour of plain Rice Krispies. I honestly thought I'd accidentally gone to Lidl and bought special-super-mega-discount-no-flavour imitation Coco Pops, but sadly, I was mistaken. It's just the taste of the 2021 sugar-free-chocolate-free world instead. If your kids have never experienced nice tasting sugary flavours, they'll probably be fine with this cereal. If you're over 25, you'll only taste disappointment. Of course, if you still wanted to eat sugary foods, you ... MoreSeriously, stop the world... I want to get off. I haven’t had a bowl of coco pops for years, they used to be my absolute favourite when I was a kid, but for some reason I completely forgot about them? These new Hazlenut flavour coco pops are very different to the original, they have 30% less sugar, which is definitely a bonus, and although they do taste less sweet than the original used to they’re still super tasty! I’d actually say I prefer them, I don’t know if it’s that my adult taste buds that have changed, or wether it’s just the fact that hazelnut makes everything better, but If you’re a big fan of Nutella like our family is, you’ll love them! We’ve dusted off the entire box between us over the course of a few days, and usually cereal is hanging around in containers for weeks! We’ve dusted off the entire box between us over the course of a few days, and usually cereal is hanging around in containers for weeks! It’s been the first thing our four year old asks for when he wakes up,Also I really like the packaging, they look a bit more grown up these days, it’s very modern and fresh looking. Apparently they’re limited edition, so make sure to grab a box if you see them while you still can!
I saw the pic of the box and ordered 2. I didnt read the info as I know what they are Ive been buying them for years. When they arrived I assumed Ocado had sent the wrong ones as theres a big blue 30% less sugar on the front of the box. Then I read it. Why not use the correct picture so people can clearly see what they are buying. Theyre not a patch on what they were sadly. Nobody likes them. Not because theyre less sugary but because theyre less chocolatey. Rice crispy cakes it is.
Some things we had as a child are never meant to be grown out of as an adult, and Coco Pops are the epitome of this! That chocolatey taste is still as great as it was when I was young, and it makes for a great breakfast treat.Sometimes it's worth just buying a supermarket own brand cereal alternative, but nothing beats the original Coco Pops. They seep so much more chocolate flavour into the milk than any other brand, and they have a much better texture and crunch than the rest! The chocolate flavour itself is the right amount of sweet without being too sickly, and they retain their crunch for ages before turning soggy in the milk.An average recommended portion size is surprisingly filling as well, and I've found I don't need to overeat these as they leave me ... MoreSome things we had as a child are never meant to be grown out of as an adult, and Coco Pops are the epitome of this! So as much as it may seem like a treat, this cereal can also be part of a balanced diet - especially with all the added vitamins and folic acid. There is no better alternative to the original Coco Pops, they have kept the same great taste for decades. I will continue to buy these as part of my breakfast routine, and I highly suggest you do give them another try if you haven't had any for a while!
I expected this cereal to have a nice mellow hint of hazelnut to them but instead I found them to have a very strong nutty flavour , me , my husband and our children did not like them at all. They do however have 30% less sugar in them compared to the original classic coco pops just like the recent original coco pops have less sugar too , the nutritional values are low so they are healthy enough for all the family if they are to your taste! They are the same usual great quality and value with the box containing approximately 16 servings.Id only recommend this flavour if you like a strong nutty flavour, then I’m sure you’d love them.
